Recording Vocals in Maschine Plus ( Quick Tutorial )

Hello Janae, Great stuff! One Question though, is there an option to loop in "Dubbing mode"? Meaning: after i played the 1st loop, i DON'T have to wait again for it to play out, just start another loop immediately? Thanks!

So I’ve tried this a few different ways and I don’t think there’s currently a way to do this. You must press the start button to begin the next loop and that only pops up after your current loop gets recorded. And then you have to wait. ( that kinda sucks, hopefully this is something new they will implement )

Thank you really interesting and clear. I tried with my Maschine Plus doing everything as you said. However, I noticed that when I record with an effect in group 1 where there is microphone audio, after recording pad 2 turns on and that's where I find the audio recording while pad 1 is empty. How come? Thank you. louis

Once you record the vocals in, you can make a pattern, then add that pattern in a scene, and add the scene in song view. Let me know if that makes sense.

Thanks for the video! I’m also using Maschine MK3 with Shure SM7B but my recordings are very quiet (does not go above -20db. My mic gain button is set to maximum, how can I move my vocals to -18 - -12db range, I would be very grateful if someone can help!

Do you use the cloud? It’s a device you connect to your mic before routing it to the interface.

This is the cloud lifter I use amzn.to/3VVzXfr it'll help make the mic louder.

That’s actually another problem I have… I got a Behringer X1204 mixer + USB interface, but when I’m connecting the microphone through the interface, Maschine doesn’t recognize my microphone. I can’t see any option for choosing the mic on the Input page of the DAW. That’s why I bought a new cable to connect my mic directly to the Maschine MK3; it works, but it’s really quiet...

@@duhanakyuz6206 you should be able to choose input 1 or 2 in audio input source - it's not going to show the name of the mic. If you are getting sound maybe for the time being just add a compressor on the group.

when I load de the sound as Audio is possible to make a loop but I can't do that in the Sampler, I just want to use only one pad as loop with out record a pattern. can you make a tutorial please 🙏?!!!
