I have had grinding in both knees for 10 plus years (had a lot of hard hits in school). I have visited both chiropractors and an osteo "specialist". I was told that my knee was fine just wear a brace. I can say that focusing on your hips and glutes absolutely does help. I still have grinding, but by focusing your mind to retrain your body movements will save you lots of pain. Great video! You really care about what you're doing.

Honestly this is not video about recovering grinding in your knees. Its more about dont do these things to prevebt grinding witch is not solution to problem honestly.

I don't know if I agree with this, you should check out kneesovertoes guy, he has some exercises, or at least one exercise which really loads the knee joint which I think is called the sissy squat, I have crepitus in my left knee and when I do the sissy squat I can get my knees well warmed up and actually have less crepitus than when doing a more hip loaded regular squat. Why do you think that is?

Hello! Does this strategy of shifting your weight towards the back apply to going up and down staircases?

But if we avoid ever shifting weight to the knees, how will we EVER be able to handle the weight shift to the knees in sports activities? Should we avoid sports because it naturally puts pressure on the knees? Should we avoie walking down the stairs? How can we be trained and prepared for such movements? Why don't we train pressure on the knees and hips about equally?

Unfortunately I can't speak to your specific case, but we do have a part 1 and 2 to this, along with an online program that can hopefully help!

Is it possible for the grinding to complete finish at some point in future, I.e. After 6 months of doing exercise the way you have demonstrated.

It usually takes more than just these. We do have an online program for this as well if you need more help!

Thx. İ started having this from cycling. No pain but popping sound everytime i extend my legg makes me worried. This few months i started to have joint problems i didnt otherwise. İ am a little worried. İ am 32, slightly overweight. And no change in the look or heel of my knees. But my muscles are tight. Should i do a lot of stretches to fix this? Strength exercises dont seem like a good idea
