Allow me to introduce you a wholesome Korean dish, dongji-juk (porridge). It is a traditional Korean food consumed on December 22, the longest night of the year, to stay warm during winter and benefit from its nutritional value.
You can reduce the amount of ingredients (red beans, sweet rice flour, salt, and water) by half depending on your need.
Also, you can save time if you let red beans soak in the water before cooking.
