Yeah those were horrible, I remember when u had to kill the "king" of cougars on that little log cabin on the snow... but tbh it was really cool as I really had the feeling of being in danger at any moment!

Great analysis, One thing to note though was the gun at 3:20 It's actually a lever action rifle and seems to be modeled after the Spencer-carbine M1865.

This game is the best game of the year with those amazing graphics and large map . How I think online is going to work is set up your camp any place you like with your friends or by yourself and you have a horse of your choice and name it. Rob , hunt and help NPCs again with friends or yourself to earn money to upgrade camp buy bars and all that and have lots of activities to do.

yeah i think they'll do what they did with GTAV release the online a few months afterwards so it gives people a nice amount of time to adapt to the game and finish the story mode hopefully

I have not played the 1st rdr but I am stoked to play this one!! It looks so detailed and beautiful. I also hope the online part is available day one and I’ll be excited that there should be no children playing this. Or very very few.

It’s official, from October 26th foreward I’ll quit grinding gta online and switch to RDR2, I should have grinded and saved 200M in case I come back from time to time. This game is on a league of its own

You are limited on the weapons you carry it seems, in the farm scene the guy is shooting a gun while carrying a shotgun on the other hand, so it seems it has a system like Max Payne 3, where you can dual wield pistols, shoot one pistol and carry a big gun, or use the bigger gun. Which is good, I wish GTA did something like it and stopped taking RPGs out of their pockets.

Agherosh In RDR1 itd do the same, the weapon on your back is the last two handed you used etc. You could still have the max amount.

No I LOVE the idea that the horse carries your weapons because if your loadout is limited then guess what...NO TRY HARDS!!!! They have to actually develop skill instead of killing themselves.

I like how they got rid of this invisible pocket, where you can carry as much weapons as you like. So now you can only take a long gun and small gun but also store more long guns on your horse. You have to be more tactical on what you want to bring in to a situation.

The rifle Arthur is shooting with is CLEARLY a lever-action repeating rifle... Not a Sharps Rifle as you suggested might be the case.. If I had to guess, the rifle Arthur is shooting in that gameplay clip is probably the Winchester Model 1873, which is colloquially known as “the rifle that won the west.”

Where have you been? Is this video the first you've heard of red dead 2? There will be multiple outfits to purchase, multiple saddles, weapons, etc. Yes, you can upgrade the camps as well. The map was leaked a long time ago. It's all but confirmed 100% by Rockstar. People were matching up location names and actual placement of towns, rivers, and mountains as soon as the first trailer came out. It's a decent sized map for having only horseback and foot to get around, plus Rockstar may have not released the full map. Sorry... Leaked the full map, since they control what's actually leaked.

On release the online mode won’t be available until two weeks after launch because Rockstar wants the players to play the story first. I think this is a good thing as it stops people from ignoring all the hard work spent on producing a story and gains people experience before going to online
