@@marysbahr4386Czech and British humour have much in common. During World War II, Heydrich called the Czechs laughing beasts. It's a very sarcastic and intelligent type of humour. A few years ago I met an ambassador from England who gave some talk about cultural similarities. He talked about red dwarf and Cimrman. Similarly, in Japan there are giant funbases.

Brought tears to my eyes. I started watching Red Dwarf earlier his year, and I was absolutely shocked that this show has never aired in Germany. It's practically unknown here. Meanwhile, other countries celebrate that show and treat it like a part of their own culture.
