Yeah...clever, very well directed and extremely well edited. Pace and story construction was on point. Humour, violence, innocence, guilt, survival...all wrapped up in seven minutes. Top work.

Love short films... This one's brilliant! Love films with a really decent 'twist..' I felt that THIS one had a twist coming (but not at all what i expected!!) I think escapism is a subplot. I don't think the writer was going for realistic as much as it was about believability . I mean the runner had just escaped from reality when he left the actual runners path where he was subject to ridicule and limitations escaping to a world where he was the ideal, the hero and limitless.
