Thank you so much. I was 14 and hitchhiked from Hamilton to Auckland and got in under the fence. Amazing memories!

He’s a great guitarist. I remember being a teenager then and hating on the poor dude for replacing John. He shreds hard.

Uma pena esse guitarrista não ter gravado pelo menos um álbum com esses caras. John pirou e os abandonou em plena turnê. Testaram um outro guitarrista, até flea se lembrar desse cara,amigo da época da escola. Arik teve pouco tempo pra pegar as músicas, e deu conta do recado. Ótimo guitarrista.

Arik Marshall didn’t sang the backing vocals?
@GUI27XD2 ай бұрын
No, is Rob Rule The band's tech during the Mothers Milk ERA, he also did backing vocals during that time with John and later officially during the One Hot Minute Tour.

It was shot in Auckland at Mt Smart stadium in circus tent, with a 10 person crew, four cameras, 3 cable runners, editor and director and producers, paid for by Warner Brothers. They broadcast it in Canada and brazil. We weren't allowed to see any copies of the footage when we shot it, but a friend of mine did manage to show me some. Anyway to cut a long story short, I found it on a torrent and downloaded it about 10 years ago, and found it on a Hard drive I managed to get working the other day. (I'm the guy with dreadlocks on the back line cable running)

It's OK. We still chuckle about it now. Also my friend kicked Anthony K's arse at pool a few weeks later so its all fair in the end.

@@silentrob668 haha that's not something you hear everyday...can't help but wonder, since you were there in 92, how do you reflect on this show given how big of a band they have become?
@silentrob6686 жыл бұрын
Well I was on stage the whole time. So it was a trip to see them play from that vantage. I was pretty busy the whole time, the crowd was really dense and they had a great time. I went to the after party and ended up drinking with the roadies, who were all LA punks so I got to chat about bands like the circle jerks and fear that I liked at the time.
