Hey, I was wondering how many designs you've put up for that amount of sales, and what's your actual daily average # of sales? I've put up about 18 designs, though almost half are variants of the same design, starting from the beginning of the month. It was slower to start, but the last two weeks I've averaged approximate 1 sale every 4 days. That's a great start, but by my calculations, to potentially make even like $50 a day, I'd need hundreds of designs on the site, unless I'm somehow able to start selling higher-dollar items. I'll keep trying for now, but it's nice to see a few sales here and there.

How many variations do you make for same design???
@XtremeConditions4 жыл бұрын
@@surajshrestha2378 My variations have pretty much just been for "Dark Background" or "Light Background", eg one may have white text, and the other black text. If there's not enough contrast, I may add an outline around elements / graphics and stuff to stand out. I'm at about 41 sales right now... Not much which is disappointing. But I'm in the process of doing a Shopify site where I'll be able to have more control over SEO and things like that and also cross-post on Amazon, Ebay, Etsy etc. I figure it'll be more eyeballs on my designs so I assume that'll increase sales a good bit. Also, be sure to use this tool below for searching tags on Redbubble. ALSO... Suppose you made a beach design and that tool shows you "beach" as a tag, and "beach sticker" as another tag. I find that putting BOTH seems to make a difference in search results, so tag it up. I'm not saying put 100 tags on every design, but cover them pretty well. redbubble.dabu.ro/redbubble-popular-tags
@surajshrestha23784 жыл бұрын
@@XtremeConditions what kind of design do you make the most trending or evergreen???
@XtremeConditions4 жыл бұрын
@@surajshrestha2378 I try to go for evergreen stuff... Tbh, I haven't even really tried things in say, top 50 or 100 trending. I tend to not know anything about them and so I just don't really do it... I think your best overall bet is to put out a bunch of evergreen stuff, and then experiment with any trends you know you can make something good out of. The only stuff I'm familiar with are a lot of the animes I see in trending, but I'm not sure how reliable it is to make those designs since they're copyrighted. Because even if I get a sale or two, if they get immediately pulled down, it's kind of a waste to spend a lot of time on that type of stuff...

@TiaTX4 жыл бұрын
It's best to avoid trademarked topics but if you have an undying urge to sell them, the way to get around trademark as I mentioned is to use related phrases/topics/memes which aren't trademarked, e.g. you could make a shirt saying 'That's sus' or something lol instead of slapping copyrighted images on your shirt. Be careful about using tags though, some tags will get your design automatically rejected ('among us' probably will) - search for that tag on RB and if people are selling it it's probably okay for now. There are a lot of among us designs and it's best to choose a smaller less competitive niche imo. Hope this helps xx
