Too many loose gravel, and in some shots you can realize how steep it’s the hill so the bike will have almost no traction, been in that situation myself, even an ebike doesn’t help at all

With a hill like that you have to consider two things: friction and power to weight. The dirt bike and "car" both had tires designed for gripping loose dirt so they both win on that, so do the bicycles. The difference comes with power to weight, bicycles are super lightweight but the power is severely lacking, the "car" has a ton of power and great tires but weighs a lot more but the motorbike is relatively lightweight with a ton of power to weight...all that to say: I knew before I clicked the video that the dirt bike would be the fastest but was surprised to find the bicyclists couldn't even get half way...
