Thank you! What started as a test has turning into my preferred workout mode using Overcoming isometrics. I've been skipping abs thinking they get enough stability work but with this video I think I will add them in. I do three angles with each movement and with the frontal abs + obliques I have my three! Also, is that a new World Fit Iso Strap? I noticed the red handle straps and got to thinking, the handles are so good on the original who would replace them. ThX!!
