Probably a bunch of reserve mods and maybe field prep. I know my hothead can hit 10 with 2 arc reserves and field prep, maybe it can hit ten without field prep if you have all 3 arc reserves on. Edit: never mind, I forgot he had Demolitionist on it. Must be triple reserves then

I know it depends on the inventory stat (like IIRC Leviathan's Breath doesn't benefit from any reserve mods because it's Inventory stat is already maxed out with catalyst). As for your hothead only hitting 8, it's totally reasonable that the extra 2 come from field prep, as that a much stronger way of increasing reserves. Honestly after thinking about the video while going about my day, I'd imagine he just has two hotheads, one with Grenadier and one with Field Prep that he's using, because I don't think you'd hit 10 with reserve mods alone.
