I did 3 rounds of the variations 20 reps each. Had to wipe up my mat 3 times. This is WAY more effective than running on the treadmill like I used to years ago. This works all the major and minor muscles, upper, lower, core, endurance...EVERYTHING. Thanks. I LOVE this video and will be doing it twice a week.

Omg...burpee sit throughs. We did so many of those in wrestling. Only the burpee part was a straight up sprawl and then the sit throughs
