Whenever I want to switch up my classes with something unique and interesting, you are my go to channel. Seeing modifications especially for people with bad wrists or elbows (in reference to being in plank stances) is on my wish list. Finding creative options can be so frustrating sometimes. But seriously, thanks so much for your content. You rock! 🤘
@redefiningstrengthOC5 жыл бұрын
Hi Dani. You may want to consider joining my Strong Smart Certification then. It's a mastermind I have with trainers that goes into how to modify. But often simply using dumbbells for a neutral grip or modifying off their forearms, even off a bench on their forearms to create "space," can be an easy and quick work around. Also actually having them work on their wrist extension is key!

Thanks Corey. Feedback time. You are a true coach/trainer. Most trainers on social media are great fitness athlete and demonstrators but training/coaching is different skill and requires things like connecting well with ur followers and being responsive.

Hello ma’am, Is eating a couple apples a day go for weight lose? I have watched most of your tutorials and videos. Wondering if you have and or do a segment on static stretching, Dynamic warm ups. Teaching which ones stretch what.hiit work out are they based on time and weight. One for weight lose, strength another for stability? Thank you... I apologize for just asking a couple three questions. Hope you have a great week
@redefiningstrengthOC5 жыл бұрын
Uhm with the apples...there is nothing specifically with apples that would make you lose weight but if your macros are dialed in as well as your calories...sure enjoy your apples? I have a dynamic warm up video and dynamic stretching video as well as a static stretching video you can check out. Generally speaking dynamic should be used prior to your workouts and static reserved to cool downs or recovery sessions.

To Karine Decker, I had the same thoughts about her apparent leanness. If this was the result of her nutrition and training/exercise program, great! If not, . . . . In my unasked for opinion, I feel that your comment put the "care" in careful, if careful really means filled with caring. I don't know you or Redefining Strength, but I do recognize the courage to care about another human being.
@redefiningstrengthOC5 жыл бұрын
Caring is great and she was 100% well intentioned unlike some BUT if you think about phrasing and how you would approach someone in person, do you really think they'd see it as helpful to tell them in any way shape or form they look sick? I think a private message or conversation is how you'd handled it. As I haven't ever heard someone say that to someone else in person in a big party where everyone else could hear. Just saying. I think sometimes we treat online like we aren't all still people. But hey just my opinion. You're entitled to yours :-)
@frankkelly14985 жыл бұрын
@@redefiningstrengthOC The comment was directed to Karine Decker for having the courage to express empathy in a public setting based on an observation of your leanness and chiseled arms to which you adequately and graciously responded. Interventions for eating disorders and/or endorphin highs are topics for another time by someone more qualified than I. I think you are a real, live person, not a machine powered by artificial intelligence, but I could be mistaken. :-)

Well I haven't sooo not really sure what else to say. Although I would like to point out if someone was sick or had an eating disorder, it may not be a good idea to tell them they look sick. I work with clients who have eating disorders and something like that could really offend someone or even trigger something. Just FYI.
