Yeah, minifig scale is a tough thing to pin down- I like to think of them as weird fat little people who are actually 6 feet tall humans but very weirdly shaped, which makes my minifig scale a little different from LEGO’s I think

This is amazing! I'm currently building the standard UCS version and I'm apalled (lol) how much there's wasted space. The official build is mostly airy structure and the interior space doesn't really pop out much. Here hoping that I won't be needing a huge amount of extra parts for your "ultimate" one.

This is so in sync with my style for Lego, I like system scale high detail sets, (usually just from modifying store bought sets) and hate oversized or minifig scale sets like the AT-STs or AT-RTs or the older TIE fighters

Thanks! It’s really a fully scratch build like my previous Falcon was, but having that set will help with some specialist pieces like the cockpit which are pricey! Not sure when the instructions are going to be out but I’m trying to power through it as quickly as I can!

The most famous spaceship in all of Star Wars, and it is referred to as a piece of junk in universe in more than one occasion. XD Regardless though, your work here is phenomenal. Not only did you try your best to make sure everything looked the way it should, you even went out of your way to make sure every GREEBLY detailing was spot on. THAT deserves additional credit, honestly. Very well done. I can't wait to see your next project. ^^ (Also can't wait to the moment where you start on that huge Venator. This model is actually a joint effort between myself and the folks at The Brick Collective- I designed the model and they’re producing the instructions- so it’ll be on their site exclusively for the first year. I’m not sure exactly how long it’ll take, but it’ll hopefully be in the next few months!

Yeah so if you extract the parts you need just for the mod (you be an click on the rebrickable page and find the “compare this moc” option) you can then copy and paste that list to bricklink into what’s called a “wanted list” and order all the parts at once! There’s an algorithm the site can run for you to find the best combination of sellers and prices!

Excellent work! Just a quick question, once we buy the instructions, where could we purchase the required parts from in Europe? Do we just buy the suggested separate parts, or a certain falcon model, for example the 75257 and additionally the extra suggested parts? Is there a certain website in Europe to get the exact specific parts, or do we have to buy entire lego sets and "sacrifice" them. I don't own any star wars lego sets. Just the Obi Wan's hut. Thanks for the question! So the parts list that will be provided can be uploaded to Bricklink.com and there are sellers there from around the world, so you’ll just need to make sure you’re filtering your purchase list to sellers who sell to your country!
