TLDR; in my opinion based on factual information, Obsidian won't be an actual vampire. I love her and will pull for her especially since she shares EN VAs with Arlecchino who also has a Vampiric aesthetic. She was not clearly shown to be a vampire though. She had a vampire aesthetic because she was talking about blood, wanting a bloodbath, etc. while bathing in a tub with red liquid which looks like blood and she bit into a something that seemed to have some red blood come out of it. But the thing is that she was just biting into a fruit of some sort and the red liquid was the juice obtained from said fruit. We recently were introduced to the Borisin which are basically wolf monsters though they don't seem to be actual werewolves. The were able to appear as humans using a special medicine and had Cludhymn magic help from Preceptor Taoran but their human forms were false. Also most of them took the form of Foxians and not even pure humans. And HSR has already established the relationship between Foxians and the Borisin sharing the same lineage and Crimson Moon's significance for the Borisin. The Crimson red blood moon and the blood drinking of "slaves" has meaning for the Borisin. And Hoolay also transformed a Foxian by sucking his blood from his neck. They've already overlapped the vampire aesthetic with the wolves while adding werewolf aesthetics but never sticking to the the real thing. So I'm guessing we'll never get any real Vampires. And Obsidian will only have a vampire aesthetic but won't be a real monster.

the fundamental problem with blade's kit is how unique it is. hes the only hp scaling dps we have. while his hp loss/recovery is similar to firefly's, firefly scales off attack and doesn't care about crit or dmg%, the exact opposite of blade. in order to make people want to use him over literally anybody else, like you said, we'd need a support that is tailor-made for him. at this point, his kit is way too outdated for a 4 star to save it, meaning he needs a limited 5 star support. thats where aforementioned problem arises. if you make a 5 star support made for blade specifically and has okay-ish support for other characters, then no one will pull for them because they're way too niche and specific, which hoyo probably does not want. if you make a 5 star support that helps blade but also helps other characters the same amount as well to incentivize pulling, then there's still no reason to use blade over other characters. on top of that, if they decide to release a new hp scaling character in the future to solve the problem of the 5 star blade support being too niche, given that hoyo wants to make money they'll actually make that character good in the current meta (which blade is not). that would be direct powercreep of blade, and you only have 1 5 star support for your hp scalers. the choice of who to use that support with is obvious, its the one who came out more recently and is way better. the only way i see blade coming back to the meta through a support character is like this: they release a meta hp scaling dps that a lot of people will pull for, different enough from blade. we wait till said meta dps is getting phased out of the meta, then they release a general hp scaling dps support (which everyone will use for the meta hp scaler, not blade). then after that they release the super overtuned (because at this point blade would probably be arlan levels of trash) support for blade alongside a blade rerun. this whole process would take like probably a whole planet's worth of patches to come to fruition, and thats only if they decide to want to buff blade and not some more popular character like jingliu. conclusion: just give him an extremely broken planar ornament set please 😭 or make a system to buff older characters like dokkan ezas or crk magic candies

The problem doesn't actually seem that impossible, as you've yourself said it. Blade scales off of HP. Unless he genuinely ends up the only character to ever rely on this paradigm, a buffer that synergizes with HP loss/regain and/or HP scaling would already do a lot for him. Jade works so well with Blade while still doing really well with a lot of other people for simple reasons; her buffs and what she provides is relatively flexible, even if not on the level of Robin. Everyone can benefit from it, even if some more than others, so there's a degree of crossing. The things that make most other buffers work for everyone else don't work as good for blade, or are tuned to his numbers, so issues arise.

High-key throwing in a Furina De Fontaine in HSR would solve issues like this instantly A support that buffs EVERYONE'S DAMAGE with HP drain and healing which would make other DPS even more busted AND would bring back Blade (technically Arlan and Yanqing as well) from the sidelines

Her three summons would also most likely count as follow up attacks, which is great because they attack very often and each time they attack they drain hp, which would make blade spam his fua a lot, so with all these extra attacks, Feixiao’s ult will charge very fast. she would hyper buff both blade and feixiao so you can make a crazy powerful wind damage team with Feixiao, Blade, Furina, and Gallagher/Luocha. And if you don’t need a sustain just put robin instead.

Idk about Arlan, but wouldn't help yq much. YQ needs to just not take any damage, whether he gets that HP back is irrelevant to his actual damage output (unless he's like dead.) His kit ends up being reliant on preservation characters that stop him from taking damage (which excludes fx), kinda the opposite of blade who wants abundance characters to undo damage. A character that gives a single target shield like march, or a taunter is yq's ideal fit (or aventurine, but that's just BC aventurine's shields are kinda broken.) An idea I found floating around like a year ago was a character that gives one turn invunreability to one character (kinda like a buffed preservation march) or a support that can hide a targeted character (like Moze, but for allies instead of himself.) Or you could make a supercharged welt who just stops the enemy from attacking. But yq now has 2 other problems that blade doesn't have. One is that yq still scales with the standard crit and atk. So while blade can get a support that buffs his unique HP scaling enough to outscale meta options, any damage increase buff will similarly buff almost every DPS in the game. (With the exceptiom of blade BC HP scaling, break dpses, and counter attack dpses.) And unless you were to create a moc stage that's only ice weak, that wouldn't change. Maybe you could have this support do something highly specific like implant ice weakness and boost ice weakness damage which would limit the boost to yq and jingliu, but that's a bit too specific of a boost

I though on a support that it's talent is that allies that drain hp from themselves or from allies can convert that hp drained to extra dmg on attacks (like tingyun, robin or jade) and can stack up a % of the support hp, for example a 8k blade drains 2400 hp from his skill and that hp converts to 2400 extra dmg on atk, ultimate and FuA, and that will stack like 200% hp of the support that has 10k hp and you can stack drained hp to 20k extra dmg per attack and that dmg benefits from buffs and crits that the allie has. That support will resurrect not only blade, but jingliu as well and both can be paired as dual dps (now making a better combo than before) and of course will resurrect luocha as well since they will need a ton of healing

@@Loppedofflemons that's exactly what Robin does, she's so busted that becomes the only harmony you need on your FuA team, but wouldn't be that broken since it's niche is hp drain and only 5 of the 32 dps characters drain hp from themselves or allies and one of them it's main source of dmg is superbreak so doesn't count, reducing the number to 4 of 32, luocha's purpose is keep the team, but thinking Intealized that the pasive will benefit hp healed so luocha can get stacks too and deal decent amount of dmg

this is a crazy coincidence, but your proposed idea for dubra's kit actually synergizes perfectly with a 4 star preservation character i had in a dream her gimmick is that she gives the team shields based on how much HP she lost, while also scaling off of max HP (and one of her major traces allows her to take damage through shields)

My take on the healer, 5star obv: basic single target hp scaling enhanced basic aoe deal 2 hits 1. single target hp scaling 2. aoe based on hp of the ally marked by e e single target gives an ally a status that makes them take 50% of dmg other allies take, this dmg is dealt per instance (so if 3 allies are hit the target takes dmg 3x50 not 1x150), whenever they're attacked they take 50% dmg but they take it twice and increases max hp lasts 3 turns reduced at the start of healers turn only active on most recent target q single target 120 cost 240 max eng cleanse and massively heal target gain 1 stack talent 1. with 2 stacks deploy a field, allies attacking in the field heal themselves mildly and allies minorly based on healer hp (basically lulcha) lasts 2 turns reduced by 1 at the start of healers turn 2. while there's an ally with the status granted by e the healers basic is enhanced trace 1 for every % of hp ally marked by e loses or heals the healer regens 1 energy trace 2 ally marked by e increases aggro greately and increases effect res trace 3 increases healers cc resist trace stats eff res/hp/def e1 after using q if the target was marked by e the next enhanced basic by the healer removes one buff from each enemy hit e2 while the field produced by talent is active all allies have 24% increased res pen e4 while an ally marked by e exists on the field reduces the dmg taken by the ally marked by e by 10% and the dmg taken by other allies by 25% e6 enhanced basic now takes all stats of the marked ally (crit hp atk break effect dmg bonus) and dmg dealt is increased to x hp and x atk, additionally this damage is converted to the element of the marked ally and can reduce toughness, the break effect is converted to that of the ally Just as a note before someone says this is too out of this world, in comparison most modern healers do respectable dmg or apply debuffs/buff ally dmg stats somewhat. Lynx e6 also does most of the things this kit does minus e dmg redirect. Aggro, eff res, hp increase and effect immunity (1x) are on her tuna can and she has a rather fast charging aoe cleanse, decent insta heal and over time heal on ult. So it doesn't really seem too out of this world for a 5star imo (except that e6 maybe) Blade's allies also need healing, ever since I got Jade, Lynx has been sweating to keep her from dying. The support should have something along the lines of deals 100% of the current hp of the target ally to it as dmg and immediately heals it back up (this dmg cannot kill). That way Blade could stack death sentence much better. Which is also why I don't think Blade needs energy as much as the video would suggest, now if you can consistently spam high stacked ults then yes it'd be very nice. Edit: Just realized I accidentally made it into a Luocha/Fu hybrid minus the team crit and ef res from Fu if the healer just casts the skill on self.

An Idea of a support that would boost not only Blade usability but also clara and Yunli overall, the first gacha game I played was saint seya awakening, that was also a turn base game, and by far the most used unit on that game for a long time was a unit that could link your entire team, and everyone would share the damage, not exactly a Fu xuan, as the damage was shared with the whole team, not mostly directed for one small girl shaped impenetrable fortress (you can think as a weaker version o Simuluated universe blessing), and there where units that could cut one character from the team off the link, so if you where to hit the isolated character, he would take the full damage. Now imagine a 4* preservation unit that could spend a skill point to link the whole team for 2-3 turns, so when someone gets hit, everyone takes a share of the damage, it would not only help trigger Blade's FUA but also constantly Clara's and Yunli's.

Yunli is already very broken alongside Tingyun at the moment, and this is gonna bring back the newest meta, which is strongly intentionally avoided. I think a character that parasites a DPS to drain HP for buff would be a lot more viable for all counter attack DPS evenly, and that's Constance 😅

The 4* design is some year 3 material, and also steps on Lynx's toes a bit too much in my opinion. Having said that though, here's my take anyways, which is likely worse (also a 4* abundance): Skill: Marks one ally as a sacrificial lamb, increasing their damage taken by 15%, prevent them from gaining any shields and increasing their chance of being targeted. When the sacrificial lamb is attacked, other allies heal for X% of Dubra's max HP + Y% of the sacrificial lamb's HP. Passive: When an ally is hit, Dubra gains 1 charge. If the sacrificial lamb is hit, gain 2 charges instead (only gains charge once per attack, to account for AoE). at 8/8 charges, heal the sacrificial lamb for X% of Dubra's max HP + Y% of their max HP. Ultimate (140 cost): On cast, sacrificial lamb taunts all enemies for 1 turn. For the next 4 hits made against the sacrificial lamb, gain 1 additional charge and advance their action forward by 20%. If there's no sacrificial lamb on field, this effect is applied to Dubra instead. Basic ATK: deals damage based on Dubra's max HP (it's still a low amount of damage). Passive 1: Dubra's basic attacks now also heal the sacrificial lamb, equal to X% of Dubra's max HP. Passive 2: When the sacrificial lamb is hit, they gain 3% all-type RES PEN, lasting for 2 turns and stacking up to 3 times. Its interesting to learn that im not the only person making custom Honkai stat rail character ideas albeit mine are definitely way less balanced then yours but i can definitely understand the Acheron design team joke since i directly took inspiration for the same passive but went in a completely different directions. Also the character was designed arround introducing another path to the game which is tteated as a sort of antinihility (bleeding into every path (for example their light cone gives a outright busted buff but it scales of defence for a support DPS that could be main DPS if needed)(their kit focuses on a new debuff that effectively acts as double Psudeo Weakness implant and specifically buffes toughness break as a sort of psuedo anti superbreak) Specifically for their Bonus ability Trace 2 Depending on the amount of imaginary ,quantum, Order Or erudition characters other then one's self in the party the following effects may be triggered for each condition met (note that their own refers to professor Arclights(the characters name) stats) 1+ increase all party members' speed by 10% of their own speed stat. 2+ all party members break effect by own break effect ÷ 3 3+ when attacking gain one extra skill point (this allows him perfect SP Neutrality with his skill 4+ increase all party members' attack by 10% of their own attack. 5+ increase all party members’ energy Regeneration rate by 15% of their own Energy Recharge Rate 6+ Increase All party members Crit Rate by 15% of own Crit rate Also most of their eidolons are devoted to expanding this singular trace nodes conditions and one of them is towards decreasing their kinda stupid high relatively ult cost (250 energy going down to 150 for an ult that if the enemy has none of the characters debuff does 0 damage (specifically it comsumes the Unique debuffs stacks to inflict Damage for each stack to the enemy who had the stack) Their talent gives them a decrease to how much damage they take based on how many of his debuff the enemy has(at level 10 its 5% per debuff(.5 per level)

Few idea for blade, 1. Hp Drain: Since blade can reduce his own HP and get synergy with Jade, support that can help him do this would be great, more hp lost more buff 2. Hp buff: similar to fuxuan and lynx, but MORE 3. Taunt giver: sure we got lynx and march, but better taunt and some extra buff with it would be better.. 4. Furina: since he drain his own hp, buffer that works like furina fanfare would be awesome.. This character reduce the team hp like jingliu, and each reduction or hp regen they give buff to the whole team.. This way would also give way for luocha to go on top of the meta again..

This was a fairly interesting video, but there were a few aspects of both kits that I disliked. I did find that Dubra was one that I liked quite a lot and just found the tacked on RES PEN was jarring. If I was to offer a slightly different perspective on Dubra it'd go something like this: -------------------------------------------- Basic Attack- Deals Fire DMG equal to x% of Dubra's ATK to a single target enemy. Skill- Mark's a target ally with a Debuff(Mark), which lasts for 3 turns, that will increase the target's Max HP equal to x% of Dubra's Max HP, but at the start of the ally's turn consume 5% of their Max HP to regenerate x% energy. When this Debuff(Mark) expires heal double the amount of HP that was consumed while it was active, however, if the Debuff(Mark) is dispelled it will heal the marked ally an additional x% of Dubra's Max HP plus the amount of HP consumed instead. If the Debuff(Mark) or an incoming attack would bring the ally's HP to 0 the Debuff(Mark) is dispelled preemptively. Note: This is pretty similar to what was talked about in the video, but turns it into more backloaded/emergency healing rather than immediate healing. The specific change about the importance of dispelling the Debuff early for additional healing will be important for the Ult change. One main difference is that this is now entirely single target and does not provide AOE healing. Ultimate- Consume x(half of max) energy. Dispel all Debuffs from target ally and apply a Buff that lasts for 2 turns. While the Buff is active any excess healing they receive will heal the entire party for x% of the excess healing. The healing this Buff provides is affected by Dubra's Outgoing Healing Bonus. Additionally heal the target equal to x% of Dubra's Max HP. Note: The ultimate compared to what was proposed in the video is completely different, removing all offensive properties. Now leaning away from CC immunity and going into dispelling ALL debuffs instead changes the priority of the Ultimate into a more reactive ability rather than preemptive. That doesn't mean it's weaker since no character in the game can dispel ALL debuffs and can usually only target one so this has become a fairly powerful ability while also being unique in what it does. Dubra so far does suffer from the ability to heal multiple targets, so the excess healing buff should help a bit on the sustain side. Talent- When an ally gains or loses HP Dubra gains x Energy. Note: Exact same Talent, cause I really liked it. Technique- Drain all character's HP by x% to grant them x% of energy. Note: I didn't feel like the initial technique was super impactful, so I thought outside the box for something that wasn't quite in the game yet. Full party energy regen seemed pretty good. Ascension Major Traces- Marked Allies will take 30% of damage that other allies would receive instead, this counts towards the HP consumption tally. Note: Having some teamwide damage reduction at the cost of one person is something that was played with when it comes to Fu Xuan, so a weaker and more flexible variation seemed interesting. This also plays into what Blade would want and guarantee he gets hit no matter what. If a Marked ally attacks, the Debuff(Mark) will Proc on all Marked allies. The attacking ally will deal additional damage based on the amount of total HP consumed plus x% of Dubra's Max HP. Note: This is nearly the same with a small, but important change for later with just one more additional effect tied to it to allow the Mark to have more offensive capability similar to Jade. After using an ultimate Dubra gains an Enhanced Basic attack that deals fire damage equal to x% of Dubra's Max HP to a single target enemy. The enemy target will receive a Death Mark that lasts 2 turns and while active it will cause all other enemies to receive 30% of the damage the Death Marked target receives as well. Note: Damage Linking seemed like an interesting concept that isn't in the game yet. It's a cool inversion of the Skill so it fits pretty well thematically. Eidolons Debuffed allies gain x% damage reduction. If an ally has the Debuff(Mark) gain an additional x% damage reduction. Note: This was still a pretty good effect so I wanted to keep it in the kit. Since The other traces were too important to the kit to be one of the Eidolons I moved this here as a QoL addition. When the Debuff(Mark) is dispelled heal adjacent allies a x% of the original heal as well. Note: This shuts down my version of Dubra's main weakness since the only sustain she has is entirely single target. Having this as a second Eidolon rather than part of the base kit is possibly doing her a disservice, but she's more like a Harmony support first and an Abundance character second and isn't really meant to be a sustain. This Eidolon just allows her to be an actual healer. When Dubra uses the Skill to apply the Debuff(Mark) it is also applied to her. Note: Now the damage split will be divided between Dubra and the person she marks so instead of one person taking 30% of the damage now each will take 15%. Additionally since Dubra has been marked she can take advantage of the emergency healing aspect of it to become a lot beefier than before while also not having to worry about being adjacent to the Marked ally to receive the AOE heal that the Mark would trigger. When Dubra casts her ultimate, advance her own action by 100% and if the Debuff(Mark) is dispelled by it additionally gain 1 SP. Note: This would make her SP positive effectively in an ideal world. She could do a basic attack, use the ultimate to dispel the Mark, and then reapply the mark which would end up +1. Gallagher has a similar combo that ends up being +2, so it's slightly weaker than that since she needs to keep the uptime on her Skill. This combo can be interrupted since if the Mark is dispelled by itself via taking too much damage no SP is recovered which makes it potentially more inconsistent. ------------------------- I hope this is an interesting different direction with the same concept that was shared. I feel like I just turned the 4 star character into a 5 star one with all this, but at the same time how effective this version is would also be pretty reliant on the eidolons. I'd love to hear thoughts about this Edit: I changed the ultimate up a fair bit as originally I gave it an action advance property, but then I realized I should probably lean more in the Abundance side of the character rather than the Harmony side. The original concept that was shared by Red didn't feel much like an Abundance character with it only really tacked on as a side thing, which is fair considering the initial idea was to make them a good support for Blade.

I like the changes you made to the concept but I feel if this character were to be released, stuff like the damage minigation will be toned down and the Ult action advance would be removed. But anyway great kit, would definitely pull if this were real. Also, this makes sense because even if we don’t get a 5-Star Blade Support, this would work because 4-Star should be able to be more niche due to you getting them naturally in construct to 4-Stars. A team of Dubra, Blade, Bronya, and Robin/Ruan Mei/Sparkle/Jiaoqiu sounds pretty good to use.

It works well with Gallagher cause his Niche *is* breaking so it fits thematically alongside the lifesteal. For this Dubra's kit it’s probably a little tacked on. I just wasn’t sure how else to augment the Ult, so I thought of him. Perhaps the SP regen when dispelling the Mark is a solid enough E6 to make her stronger. As for the mitigation I do agree that it could be toned down, especially if the vision is for this character to be a 4 star. Thinking of other things to tone down would be the excess healing Buff the Ult has. If I really think about the Synergy that has on Blade it’s kind of over the top. Whenever he does a FUA to heal while the Buff is active entire team would be similarly healed to full. On top of that the Ult has 2 charges and lasts 2 turns, so it wouldn’t be hard to have 100% uptime on that sort of thing. Albeit due to how specific that synergy is it might be fine. Not like anyone else has the same amount of self healing to exploit the Buff

To be honest, I got and built Blade specifically because I don't like how wind Dan or Sampo play. I wanted a wind dps that felt decent and eventually got my wish with Feixiao and Black Swan, but Blade was very helpful in the luofu even if he's not optimal at anything.

These are interesting concepts!! I think the idea of a unit attacking allies is quite compelling lol! As a fellow Blade stan, I've also thought of some supports that could make him more viable. My solution for Blade would be to make a Preservation unit that creates shields which only mitigate damage instead of blocking it entirely (this pairs well with certain Destruction blessings in SimU/DivU also), and if there was any left over shield when the effect ended, or a character was over-shielded (more shield than Max HP) the character would gain back a percentage of HP (I think there's a DivU Preservation blessing and/or Equation that does the former, so it's not completely off-base). The shields would scale on the concept unit's HP instead of their DEF so there wouldn't be concerns of split-scaling (and the concept I came up with had this character taking part of the mitigated damage) I built the concept unit with a stack system and a follow-up attack similar to Aventurine so that there was additional synergy to make Blade more viable in follow-up teams along with that unit, and as a benefit for taking hits/losing that HP from the mitigated damage. But of course, all we can do is dream!!! I have my fingers crossed though that the Stoneheart Obsidian will be a Bleed DoT healer that will in some way help Blade be more viable in the meta. Her vampiric theme certainly suits the concept of a character who steals HP.

Just to throw here my opinion, if i decided to use constance i dont belive i could use her with luocha + the new free destruction lightcone from moc shop i choose for blade cuz i dont really have anything else, that team heals my blade way too much so hes almost never at 30% health and even if i didnt use the lightcone luocha still heals blade whenever he can below 30, and if choose to have dubra as our healer well its not guaranteed we get her, so theoretically it would be hard to optain teamates for blade. These kit designs are still so intersting and now im praying one of these characters is indeed the support we need, great video!

100% agreed that we need more support that works with Blade/Arlan/any other HP draining charater🙌. Like, overwhelming ppl with Break and FuA units just make the game feel dull TT... There are really so many potentials to explore with different team cores and mechanisms in HSR, but like Genshin, they are waiting until like the numbers go up to 3.x or 4.x just to release those cool stuff?? (Like it's still not 3.0 but I expected they should at least do that, right?) Why would you make a turn-base game, just to say limit it to handful of team possibility 😭 Anyways, really like the video and your approach to it❤❤❤❤

I understand that buffers are supposed to be Harmony units but I don't think the concept of harmony should harm any allies. I really love the kit concept of what you did to Constance tho! It's really interesting. I just think that there should be another Path for this kind of kit concept. Like a character unit who buffs teammates but it comes with a price. If I have to decide a new playable Path for this concept, it would be the Path of Equilibrium.

My idea for a 4 star started when I was originally theory crafting a unit inspired by Gallaghers bartender theme. An Abundance that behaves like Qingque or Dhil spending X many skill points to buff the effect. If the team has less than Half health she throws the Bottle at them, if they have more than half health she throws the bottle at the enemy mixed with an extra ingredient creating an ice storm that lasts 3 turns. For the duration of the 3 turns you get passive healing. Ultimate would be a bit wierder, loosely inspired by Lynx ult but instead a giant pill she pulls out a Giant Keg and drenched both allies and enemies in a liquid before throwing a cold one at the enemies to freeze them. The she I keep alluding to will be Siobhan.

i think a cool concept for a support would be a reverse speed stacking buff. That is the slower the character is the more stacks of this dmg buff they receive and when it’s their turn after they attack it refreshes

I would say a harm-oni like Constance providing stackable buffs to characters that consume or gain hp when doing attacks or when using and activating a skill or an ultimate. Buffs like Hp % increase, crit rate, crit damage, defense ignore, energy or even action advance.

To stay in line with the Abundance/Preservation dichotomy, I think she should cleanse instead of prevent debuffs. However, lots of CC also comes with some sort of action delay, so I think to make her a little easier to use: any allies cleansed by her ult should be advanced a tiny bit (10%? less?). This might make Dubra a lil too strong for 4* without other changes though

Those are some legit great ideas! The four star sounds perfect just needs number balancing. I love the five star concept but it feels a little to restricted. If I may, in my infinite wisdom as someone with absolutely no game design experience whatsoever, suggest a few changes. Make the basic attack just a boring old basic attack. Change the talent to need five stacks and get stacks when an ally consumes hp and start with two stacks. Make her skill target an ally and do 20% hp consumption in exchange for crit rate and crit dmg buff scaling off crt rate, it can be used up to three times, and doesn’t confer buffs if used on self but does still consume hp. Because of these changes the traces also need to be changed so Swap the energy one(because it’s now way to powerful) for a boring can hold extra charges of ultimate Swap the harmony advance for a allies get x speed boost, abundance get an additional x speed boost Just my two cents but you’ve made some really cool ideas and i hope we do get a character like this at some point.

I personally think that Dubra would probably be a better harmony that happens to heal, just because most abundance characters right now can already buff as well. I think Dubra would fare better being able to use lightcones like DDD or maybe a lightcone in the future that grants a small buff to any ally that loses hp

The only thing i have to say about the harmony kit is that maybe the ultimate cannot activate if there is a shield provided by a preservation unit, since in things like DU or SU in general there are cases where u can get a shield out of nowhere and that would stop her ultimate until the shield runs out But that aside, those are amazing suggestions

I think a cool character for blade would be someone who gives 50ish% hp, and 50ish% dmg for the team and crit rate/crit dmg per x amount of teamwide hp loss, tweak this to match ruan mei levels and now we have the perfect Fu xuan, Blade, Jingliu, ruanmei hp variant. I like the idea of hyper buffing blade but no amount of hp drain or buffing will allow him to pop off better than any other recent dps so i think it would be best to focus on his role as a good subdps because his synergy with jingliu (and if u went all out for e6fu xuan) blade having alot of hp and being able to take half of it he can super charge both of their hp syphon mechanics

I would love to get a kinda healer non healer thats just like 4 star fu xuan in a way, making your hp so high and tanky you cant die but the hits are not shared and theres no healing. This would come with maybe some buffs in order to make it more universal and resistence to cc/debuffs in general. Another one that I could see and would be a pretty fun 4 star would be a bronya roulette kinda character, where they boost you forward, but you have a 50/50 of getting a massive damage buff or getting dots and a snaller but srill big damage buff with maybe some kind of emergency cleanse.

his scaling sadly is kinda awful, even with damage bonuses, he doesn't have many innate bonuses to his damage or enough scaling, he'd need a whole lotta stats+buffing to compete with the half a million dmg dealers nowadays, I could imagine, alongside some decent supports for him, maybe a planar ornament that gives the unit the same max hp that they lose in a battle, being able to stack up max hp with the possibility of the character being able to heal to that amount, and for those who don't have heals/healers it would be useless,. but imagine getting a 20-30k hp blade because he keeps losing hp then healing back up, they could add a limit to it, like max 10k hp, it would be a nice conditional stat boost for blade, and great if paired with a healer+dmg amplifying support for all those stats

Poor Yukong, she got ignored once again. She gives +20% Crit Rate and +65% Crit Damage (Level 10) with Ultimate, but yeah, I don't blame you for not mentioning her. I do expect a HP-Drain support in exchange for buffs could also help Arlan shine more as a character.

Well Yukong could work for a hypercarry build of that team, especially if energy Regen is a thing as it would allow her to get her Ultimate a lot faster. She has potential to be good for Blade, Arlan, or Jingliu, but we need someone who can be the bridge to make both characters relevant. Maybe a mech where they take HP from teammates that use their basic, skills, or Ultimates and refunds energy. In exchange making cool mechs. Best one would be temp health or a shield based on how much health they steal and then give health back via their ultimate or talent like Adventurine's. That would be a pretty sick preservation unit.

Rumor has it that, in 3.0+ on Amphoreus, they have been testing a pair of new Blade-like HP scaling destruction units, one quantum and one imaginary, on the same team together with two abundance units, Lingsha and Luocha. Expect an HP scaling meta along with a summon servant meta in the near future. Take all of this, of course, with a grain of salt for now.

Jade is his dedicated support. Blade’s new Niche is Pure Fiction. With Blade I’m getting 40k on auto. A dedicated support as you described would make him unbalanced in that he’ll dominate all game modes.

As DPS we want as much as possible atk * %dmg * crit for max total damage output. With classic DPS we get it all from supports. With Blade we miss that atk part, as there is no +HP support. Resulting in underrated damage output.

i think the problem is in blade it self, for sub dps we have jade who can help blade to gain more fast stack, we have ruanmei to buff elemental dmg, we have robin robin to buff blade fua, and abundance we have lucha he can make blade not too low hp. blade is good but he didnot have dedicated planar set, and maybe he want some abundance have skill to buff hp to make blade hp to the point of being unreasonable like 10K hp

support idea for blade all kit is max without e3 and e5 basic: normal single target basic attack skill: taunt the enemies to the targeted ally the ally with the skill increase overall dmg and dmg reduction by 40%/20% respectfully this skill last for 3 turns talent: allies that consume hp will gain energy/hp% by 10/25% ult: target an ally and give blood money ally with blood money consume their hp every time they take action and ignore 20% of enemies def blood money last for 2 rounds lc is simple but good effect: increase the wearer err 6%, when the wearer targets an ally they consume the ally's hp by 5% and the wearer gain 10 energy no hate just suggesting and only 2:11 seconds in the video
