You DO have it all together. If you’re living LIFE in your home, playing and letting your babies play, bake with you, and enjoying your days as a young family - that’s the “together” that truly matters!

I feel like she’s always told us her house is a mess but mess means something different to everyone lol I’m over here like the joke/reels you see about baseboards being clean “show me the baseboards!” Jk jk jk but for real my MIL and I have different definitions of mess. Stuff around the house because we live here is normal for me. Mess is like dirty stuff for me. Dirty dishes, dirty bathrooms. My MIL thinks a backpack on the table because a kid just walked in the door is mess and dirty and needs to clean ASAP! She’s a hoot and I love her but I have to remind her a lot that she’s doing a great job and her mess is my normal.

Jessica- for goodness sake, you are a mom, a wife with two kids. If people really truly believe your life is “perfect “ then they are fooling themselves. You are a functioning human like all of us. I appreciate your honesty but also if those that come at you complain if laundry or dishes appear in the background then they have a problem with their own lives and not being honest. Just my two cents
@PickledFaces7 ай бұрын
Thank you for being one of the few SANE people on here! My god I always cringe at other women being jealous and literally HAPPY that someone who seems to be ‘perfect’ have a zit, or a messy room, or gained weight! It’s disgusting.

It makes me feel SO MUCH BETTER that your house can be messy sometimes too! I have a special needs child and a 1 year old and I just can’t keep my house tidy no matter how hard I try and I feel like a failure most of the time. I did 3 loads of dishes yesterday… and the sink is full again. I did 4 loads of laundry yesterday but none of it got folded. Thank you for making me feel better about not having it all together.
@nunya73667 ай бұрын
Don't let anyone lie to you Honey Child! Ain't a single one of us got our shit together & we Damn sure don't have it together 24/7/365, we just maybe fake it better. Dirty dishes & loads of clean unfolded laundry can wait. Kids *need* Mama & Dada to give hugs & kiss boo boos & read favorite stories to them. Randomly sing stupid words that make no sense & everybody snuggle in together & take a "body rest" in the morning 2 hours after you got up or 1300 in the afternoon because no body "needs a nap" & make sure you tell them that they "better not fall asleep on you." No one is gonna remember in 5 years or 10 that you never left a sink of dirty dishes or load of laundry unfolded & if they point that out because they do remember, deny deny deny demand proof & deny anyhow. Go dance in the rain & play in a mud puddle. Life is short. Play hard. God Bless All Y'all 🙏🇺🇸💄🇺🇸🙏

After I had my daughter, I felt the need to try to be that Pinterest mom. What I realized was that I was working my tail off and, for the most part, no one cared about any of those "perfect" things. Then, I heard a great quote, and I have lived by it ever since. "Sometimes, good enough is good enough. " Store bought can be fine instead of homemade, clean can be fine over neat...etc. Things don't have to be perfect. Good enough works just fine.

Yesss we want and need to see real life🙌🏼 even if people don’t realize it yet, the constant perfection on social media is messing with our brains and eventually making us feel bad about ourselves. And I know it’s gotta be hard for you even if the negative comments are just one here and there. But I hope you really push through those and see the thousands of positive loving ones. 💗 Let those comments be the ones that root in your brain. Love seeing the laundry and everything else. And there may be some random clothes on top of your dresser but at least the ship is gone amirite? 🤣🤣🙌🏼 I love the book reviews! Fun fact, Christina Lauren is the pen name of a writing team. They are best friends. And I just love their books! In fact they have a new one coming out in May and I’m so looking forward to it. 💗

It’s such a hard balance showing the every day and trying to tidy a bit before filming. Girl I give you a lot of credit! I think that you find that balance pretty well! I feel like it’s almost like inviting friends over. You want them to come over and you won’t always have a perfect house, but you also try to pick up a little. That is not to say that you need to! You be you! And I love you and your videos in any way! Tidy, not tidy, you are fantastic! 🥰 But I know that struggle to think well let me pick up a little.😂 but I think that you do such a lovely job at finding the balance. I have always been encouraged and motivated when watching yours and Tyler’s videos.
