I never got to say this because there was no good reason to do so; but yeah, Stoklasa sounds so similar to Polish surname Stokłosa - it makes for an insanely tight fit in relatively small area in Poland. It implies Mike's ancestors were amongst those Polish highlanders which emigrated en masse to US.

I work as Historian here in Germany and focused a lot on Name Origins and Research and like i naturally do, i researched Stoklasa and it is a Czech Name by origin. First recorded in 1687. So close enough! Bauman of course is German from "Baumann" etc. So i guess the Polish Version you mentioned is someone Czech who "polish-ised (?) their name. Nothing uncommon in Europe

1:05:21 For those of you who don't know, that cartoon is from a Christmas Special called Santa and the 3 Bears. A park ranger (Played by Hal Smith from various Hanna Barbara cartoons) tells 2 bear cubs about Santa and getting them all excited, while also annoying their mom (Jean Vander Pyl best known for playing Wilma Flintstone) in the process. I suggest you guys check it out.

I like the idea of Santa remembering names from the naughty list. And he just goes “Oh ho ho. I knew you would end up in a place like this. Very well, I’ll grant you the pony you wanted.” And then a large Minotaur ends up on the persons back as they’re saddles like a horse. And Satans part is a complete rom com where he falls in love with Mrs Clause while he was trying to return back to Satan. Or maybe Santa Clauses right hand man. Idk Satan doesn’t seem like they’re too hung up on genders.

Santa's character arc can be that he's afraid of fire from having to go down so many chimneys, and being Lord of Hell for a few weeks helps him overcome his fear.

I was a production assistant on the set of the recent dungeons and dragons movie. I can confirm that both directors on set, Jonathan Goldstein and John Francis Daley, each took turns saying "And... action! Dungeons and Dragons." Every take. They never explained why they kept repeating the property's name every time we did a take, but we weren't going to ask after they threw cold coffee on the assistant DP and ran her off the set in tears for 'questioning their vision'.

@@liam2745 well i would reccomend typing in Rlm dungeoms and dragons commemtary, they explain it well. Basicallu the director SOMEHOW got the rights to DnD at thr age of like 16, and the movie was also made right behind the firsy Lotr making it look very bad.
