Hi, what is the best way to export the hair material textures? I’m making hair that I next to export as a fbx, so I go to generate and select flat, but when I export I have no color. Is there a way to export the hair textures?

Hello, Is there a similar method to get a C4D Feather objects hair uv's when set to 'Feather' to translate across to Redshift? Doesn't seem to work.

Nice tutorial! Thank you very much! Let's say i've got a little bit complex shader for color than just a texture and it's done via RS nodes. The resulting overall material color unfortunately can not be reproduced via old C4D's native standard material tools(even using Layers). Is there any way i can pass the colors from texture to Hair material in such cases?

How can you do this with vertex maps? It doesn't seem to work when you throw a vertex map into the standard hair, even if you throw it into a colorizer

If I have a cheetah model with just a texture and no hair, how can I then spawn hair in the color from the texture?

Select the polygons u want the texture applied to before dragging the texture. U can even store the selection of u want.
