If i was rich i would produce a channel ASMR artists play Arkham Files games like battle reports with sound effects. They would be relaxing, atmospheric, and edited to be action/story heavy while eliminating the overly long, tedious, monotonous, or repetitive parts.

I have been on the fence about investing in Arkham - but I'm definitely sold now. Set up works - if you don't mind being on camera; just set up the camera to look across the screen - or you could set up multiple cameras, and edit - though that would probably be a lot of editing. Btw - I know you won, but you forgot to add 2 retaliation damage... 😅 GG

As a note for your future games, Deny Existence *cannot* cancel the effect of Crypt Chill. Ward of Protection, however, could. (Crypt Chill shows up in a lot of scenarios, so this is particularly important to know.) This is not to say that Deny Existence isn't excellent in its own right (for some examples of weird uses: it can cancel either the damage or the horror (although not both) from an attack of opportunity, or stop the Amnesia/Paranoia basic weaknesses (since they are encounter cards, even though they're not drawn from the encounter deck)). However, it needs to be read carefully to understand what specific things it can and can't cancel.

Noob here, just did my first playthrough and found yours to see if it answered any of my questions. It did! Thank you! Great video! I did notice a couple errors, if I may? At 18:30 shouldn't the enemy be exhausted when you evade? Also, at 53:55 according to the Learn to Play rules, Enemy Phase, exhausted hunter enemies do not move. However, I did see in one of the comments below, the "Forced" condition on the agenda overrides the exhausted condition? Anyway, good game!! Thx!

At the Parley with Lita at 52:15, I am confused on how the skill bonuses came out to 6. Jenny has 3 base Lore, Alice gives +1, and you discarded the other Alice for another +1. That's only 5. Where did the other one come from?

You probably meant this in the video, but for new players watching, at 18:40 when you move with Elusive, you must move to a revealed location, but it doesn't have to be one that connects to your present location. (You only had one revealed location to move to, so it made no difference at that point in the game, of course.)

Am I the only one hearing squeaking noise in this video? Every now and then I keep hearing it. Thought it was something here, but then I would pause and hear nothing. Play video and hear nothing. But kept happening so I paused, went back 10 seconds, heard it, went back 10 seconds, heard it, went back 10 seconds....and on and on. Sometime around 30:30 +/- a few seconds is one time I definitely hear it, but I heard it beforehand too. Haven't watched the rest of the video but I'm sure I'll hear more???

This is ridiculous how many times you draw a skull, how you never have enemies to fight, and how you just go round to round with nothing happening, and have a ton of resources. What gives? I'm just learning, don't have an advanced investigator and I'm taking damage left and right.
