there are universal hangers that might fit. i found one on aliexpress that seems to fit majority of the bikes.

If you mean that it is part of the frame and now has a break, it is possible to buy a universal derailleur to replace it. its photoshop but you can get free apps that do the same photoshop is not worth the money unless you are using it every day, they do have a free trial though, I think for 30 days
