This is amazing. This is hands down better than any cobra bag on the market under $500. You can legit make this bag for under $100. Can't wait to see what's next.

I got mine from Bunnings in Australia. The 3/4 inch pipe doesn’t always fit into the 1 inch pipe. I think I got lucky there

Bottom. 1 inch treaded flange. 1 inch pipe. Reducer 1 inch to 3/4. Or reducer/adapter 1 inch to pvc. Butterfly hose clamps.

Hey so I built the cobra bag yesterday and it was super hard to get the spring on the galvanized pipe, and now I can't get it off, same with the PVC pipe on top. I don't even need hose clamps because it's so tight. I want to make the height adjustable version but I can't if I can't get the spring off, what can I do? And also why is my spring so loud?

Twist the spring clockwise and pull it off at the same time. Use pliers if needed

@carlosmaldonado2913 жыл бұрын
how do you get the 3/4 inch pipe to fit through the spring? it is a very snug fit and difficult to slide through the spring
@Kewlus3 жыл бұрын
Always twist clockwise, including to take it off. Some pipes can be a tiny bit bigger than standard, so could be tight. Set up your base first and it will make it easier
@carlosmaldonado2913 жыл бұрын

Might be that the pipe is bigger than standard. See if you can find a pipe that’s the right diameter (1.05 inches or 26.7mm)

@Kewlus3 жыл бұрын
If you’re using a PVC pipe with a funnel then I recommend 16 inches long. Shorter will be faster, but less reach and less momentum
@lakiskrystal73813 жыл бұрын
@@Kewlus thanks.but I want to use an aluminum pipe like yours in the end of the video
@Kewlus3 жыл бұрын
You’d need to find one the right diameter which is almost impossible. I had that custom made by one of my manufacturers. I also recommend PVC because it’s lighter. The only reason I’m using aluminium is because of the ease of manufacturing and installation of spring buttons. For DIY go with a PVC pipe and you can’t go wrong 🤙
@lakiskrystal73813 жыл бұрын
@@Kewlus Yes.i have studied all of your videos.i am living in Greece.Actually I found the right diameter from commercial flags.light weight aluminum only little heavier than a pvc pipe.spring buttons included !!! i can send you some photos if you wish.
