Nah, this type of movies died with the 90s after a long run of very mediocre attempts of bringing the ZAZ / Mel Brooks magic back. Just watch Mel Brooks Dracula cringe fest or all those awful Scary Movies ... there was a time and place for stuff like Hot Shots, Naked Gun and Spaceballs, and that is the past.
