I cringe whenever I see an organism get killed because of the edge of the screen

@@computerzero2681 The way in which this simulation seems to work is that it lets the particles wrap around but the attraction/repulsion doesn't rap around, so if the organism was say going at a relatively high speed and hit an edge, half of it could go over the boundary and be split onto that side and the other half could have new internal forces that could pull it away from the boundary, making two stupid looking organisms.

Yeah, I find it rather inelegant too, how the physics doesn't wrap properly.

Very hard to make forces on the edges properly.

The yellow and blue make up different cells which act together to bring yellow cells together and in turn provide boost to the blue cells😀

They look so much like proteins. I have a suggestion. Create a selection environment, static objects, separation of groups by these objects change state at a point in the environment etc.

I have seen a body plan that consists of lots of yellow dots congregated in a blob with some pink dots in the middle and a "shell" made of pink dots too and this body plan has seemed to be successful because multiple creature looked like this

Would be more interesting to see these form into atoms like how subatomic particles do irl

Do you have the code for this? I'm interested in playing with it and don't see it on your github

It's from CodeParade, they have the link to the download in the description of their vid
