Hi, how much toner powder do I need to refill a tn436 and a tn439?? is better to refill a starter cartridge or can use a compatible cartridge for this purpose? Thanks for your time, GREAT video

110 grams for the black TN-436, 200 grams for the TN-439. Starter cartridges could have a smaller toner container
