I think there is some confusion with our friend above in regards to what it means to feed the "flesh" and feed/nourish the body and soul. I'm pretty sure that when I sit on my couch NOT getting up to do cardio when I know I need it, that is feeding the flesh more so than doing cardio! Either way, there is no condemnation in Christ and none of us should judge lest ye be judged. We are called to love!

With so many people overweight these days, we as a whole are in more need of exercise to minimize the complications and multitude of health problems that being overweight/obese bring. As a nurse, I have seen some many people afflicted with many co-morbidities, it’s becoming an epidemic. It can be very difficult for someone who is overweight/obese to bring themselves to the gym to workout and/or expensive. These 3 ladies are doing such a service to those who are more comfortable working out in their own homes by providing them with fun, energizing workouts that are both easy enough to follow along with and are fun. So many people comment on how these women are changing their lives and improving their overall health & well-being. God created us in his likeness. He loves each and everyone of us and wants us to love and care for each other. You can tell these women are truly dedicated to helping others and we need more people in this world making differences and not criticizing those that are. In my belief, that is the “Christian thing” to do. Keep doing your thing ladies- don’t listen to those that judge as there is only ONE true judge up above-you are amazing!

Every one has their own opinions and I respect that. I do see where your coming from, and I do agree with you a little bit. However, when you are doing cardio, it is like your making the flesh starve! God wants us to take care of our bodies, and I agree, sitting on the couch when you know you should be doing cardio is feeding the flesh. We do not need to take it too far though, to where the dancing gets inappropriate, but those girls are not dancing inappropriately. Dance expresses your emotions, so when you are doing cardio dances like that, in the dance you can express your love for God. And just because it is not in the bible, that does not mean that is not Godly. Again, I respect your opinion, and I understand we all have a different way of looking at things. PLEASE do not take this offensively, I am just expressing my opinion. You have a right to believe what you want to. God bless you.:)
