Recently bought a size 4 and 5 to try it out. My waist is about 94cm and size 4 is pretty tight, size 5 is much more comfortable. But both sizes i can definitely use it. Kudos to Kyung for quick processing of my orders (not sure if he is the same person in this video whom i assume is the boss?). The belt is extremely comfortable, went out for a couple of long distance runs and it feels like there is nothing on my waist. The functionality of this belt is unmatched to other brands, the top-loading pull tab design is extremely useful for quick deposit and access of items, phones, gels, etc. I have been using flipbelt previously but i can safely say that i am a instinct belt convert now, i will be using this belt for all my runs moving forward. The convenience, comfort, functionality of this belt is second to none. Good job Instinct.

This looks really good! If i wanted my phone in the front pocket, would a 500ml soft flask fit fine in the back?

Can the belt be machine-washed and does the wording peel off after a couple of washes?

Hi! We recommend to handwash cold our packs and belts as indicated on the hangtag when purchased.

Hi there, just wondering about the sizing of the belt. I saw your sizing chart, but there is no information about in which part of waist you should do the measuring. I have a running Naked belt and it's 78 cm itself. If you could reckon the size of the Instinct belt would be great.

Hi Nikola. Thanks for the comment/question. We suggest wearing the belt around the waist and the lower stomach. This means the top edge of the best will be about wear your belly button is. We suggest measuring right below (2 cm) the belly.
