Just brought a reformer and this was my first workout . I had so much funnnnnn . It was def a challenge and I cant wait see how I improve ! That spine stretch was amazing.

It was the perfect beginner intermediate Pilates workout I’ve done. I haven’t done Pilates in months now, trying to get back at it. This was the perfect workout!!

Great progression into the back rowing, provides a nice breakdown of the movement to make it "followable" ! (lol, you get what I mean). Thanks for another nice workout.

that was perfect! I am always learning new ways of using the reformer with you. thank you! (I have been practicing pilates for approx 8yrs) can you do a foam roller class?
