Just brought a reformer and this was my first workout . I had so much funnnnnn . It was def a challenge and I cant wait see how I improve ! That spine stretch was amazing.

Great progression into the back rowing, provides a nice breakdown of the movement to make it "followable" ! (lol, you get what I mean). Thanks for another nice workout.
