Recipe ☘️ Earl Grey Pound Cake

Unsalted butter(softened) 120g
Icing sugar 90g
Salt 1g
Egg 110g (2 Large eggs)
Cake flour 120g
Baking powder 3-4g
Whipping Cream (room temp) 35g
Earl Grey teabag 3g ( 1.5 bags)
Softened butter 8g (piping on top)
☘️ Preheat oven to 170C/340F, bake at 170C/340F for 50 mins
