REGENERATE YOUR KNEES⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The knee can heal without surgery if you restore vital fluids to the joints and soft tissues. Dr. Stokes speaks about his patented Kax-D™ knee decompression treatment. We also recommend patients wear a traction-based knee brace between treatments to further assist the knee in healing. This works very well for meniscus tears and osteoarthritis of the knee BUT will not produce good results in full-thickness tears of the ligaments, which usually requires surgery.

HERE IS MY RESPONSE TO SKEPTICS…course, it must all be nonsense. But what if… what if you are just not understanding the mechanism. What I am doing or what I believe I am doing… is stimulating angiogenesis in the damaged area. By branching existing blood vessels with new growth I then can increase the supply of fluids to the injured site. I am increasing perfusion of downstream ischemic tissues by increasing VEGF and FGF and this seems to show regeneration in many cases of osteoarthritis and also meniscus injuries I have treated. I mean, I have many document cases that clearly show pre and post MRI’s of the tissues with objective healing present. My son, who is a Medical Physician, collected the data with the intention of writing a paper on the topic. The process uses a basic decompress to create a controlled insult to the vascular system and them I use a class 4, 30 watt laser coupled with a middle frequency stimulation to influence the angiogenesis. The machine I use is called a Hako Med. Again multiple studies showing both the laser and the Hako Med can promote angiogenesis in human tissue. Finally we used a treatment called PEMF, pulsed electromagnetic frequency, specifically the pulse xl pro device. The protocol was done from 1.5 hours a day 5 days a week for 4 weeks then 3 times a week from another 4 weeks. So the key to the relief of symptoms (change in pain levels and reversal of joint space degeneration), it is not or as you would say, NOT by the mechanism of growing NEW hyaline cartilage but by the increase in fluids provided to the area, once that is accomplished the body then starts its innate process of regeneration. I have been retired for many years however, I have treated several thousand people using this approach and many avoided surgery and were able to resume their levels of pre injury activity. I am a clinician not a scientist, and my experience is all I can offer. You can chose to laugh and be critical, as a chiropractor I am used to controversy but when you ware able to reduce suffering, in a simple non invasive way, you no longer need to seek other peoples approval. If you would like to read the studies… just go to www.pubmed.gov and search PEMF bone regeneration, there are over 50 articles available and it is where I began my research to create the protocol. MEANWHILE here is yet another gift for you, my self treatment protocol for those who cannot afford the clinical treatment or are not living in Florida: drstephenstokes.com

I wasn't very excited to see I came to this video 6 yrs after it aired. But your response to skeptics is an hour ago. I've been waiting for this. I live in AR. Would I have to come to FL for 6 weeks? I am retired but my clinic is still open and seeing patients. You can complete most of the protocol by yourself if you are committed, I have made several other videos on this reach out personally if you would like some help, through my website www.drstephenstokes.com or on the phone and I can share some experience with you (of course this is something I do at no charge). There are several different levels of treatment each giving faster results, so it just depends on how much time you have and your resources. I am a chiropractor but I also went to nursing school, so we likely speak the same language

What this theory is boiling down is : sit on a tall chair and let your leg limp, then like children playing move your lower legs forth and back. Definitelly helps to give a momentary releif, and essentially it is decompressing without any side aid. But it would take long time. Year and some after operation, (the second set of operations on both knees, the first one was 30 years ago) age 60, I still have pains. And of course cartilige will never regenerate to state what it was. And yes, I would recommend the exercise on tall chair as described as it really helps. Or stationary bicycle on a lowest stress setting, just for moving.

Based on my own knee and having tried this for over a year: Firstly, the claim that if you have bone-on-bone then you cannot move it makes no sense. Yes, I can move it, it just does not glide well and gets inflamed after much walking or such. Secondly, with bone-on-bone, wherein chondrocytes are gone, no amount of synovial fluid etc. will rebuild the cartilage. So yes, this procedure can lead to dramatic improvements for those who have some cartilage left, yet very limited benefit for cases with no cartilage, in particular no chondrocytes left and bone exposed. (There are surgeries to rebuild the cartilage, though.)

Nothing like this has been offered to me in the UK by the NHS. My DX: complex tear meniscus, lateral and medial, right knee, it happened 6 months ago. I’m in my 60s so the on-call doctor said “bone on bone” without listening to me. I am an experienced nurse and I know my own body. I asked if it could have been a meniscal tear months ago, and when the x-ray came back with only mild arthritis. These mild changes were inconsistent with my pain which was acute. How to avoid diagnostic overshadowing in our health care systems, no matter how they are funded, has become hugely political. I am thankful that my knee has settled down and enabled me to return to work, I know many people in different sectors who have lost their jobs because they can’t get treatment for their knees.

zahid rahman Hi Zahid, Swinder shared a brand at Walmart Store, just get the highest amount of gelatin tablets you can find, also add glucosamine with chondroitin sulfate (1500 mg 2x a day up to 6, if that really gets old just do 3,000mg a day), and add horsetail/silica (not sure how much prescribed, I take 2 a day of 600mg, it helps grow ligaments, tendons, cartilage, bone, and hair so all supporting things around the knee). There are around 8 different herb painkillers that might help you til your knees regenerate from serrapeptase, Boswellia, devils claw...forget the others. Google: homeopathic cure for pain and it will give you most of them, take a couple of them if one does not do the job. Also, you are probably inflamed so take a few inflammatory of them like turmeric (at least 1000 mg 3x a day), pancreatic (brands like Wobenzyme or Itenzyme Forte), Bromelain, Ginger. If you like ginger put it on everything! There are sooooo many cures in the homeopathic side of medicine that really works. Cured my horrid headaches with trace mineral drops, no more kidney disease, white vinegar sprayed on my 3 toes every day killed the toenail fungus I had. Really opened my eyes! Good luck!

Both my knees show up as bone on bone on the x-rays clearly. So there is actually a way to get cartilage to grow back? I’ve had multiple meniscus/cartilage tears and all have been removed, not surgically repaired. I’m scheduled for round one of two knee replacements in 5 weeks. Extreme pain on the inside portion of each knee but I’m able to bend them 90° and do light seated leg presses. Very painful to walk but they do bend.

So you are basically saying this is similar to spinal decompression, correct? But is it really a long-term treatment alternative or does a patient need to return to your office on a regular basis for continual knee decompression treatments. It does not address the underlying problem because the arthritis of the knee is still there.
@Drstephenstokes
@Drstephenstokes 3 жыл бұрын
Do knee surgeries last forever? Everything is based on the patient’s commitment to their health (diet, exercise etc…) the Treatment promotes angiogenesis, increasing circulation to the knee joint. Any benefits come from this. The arthritis is not the underlying problem it is only a symptom of inflammation. Research these topics to find your own answer and then design your own experiments and see if it helps. Try using exercise bands and Gotu Kola, more info on my website. I am retired from practice, but when I was treating people this approach helped many patients avoid surgery. Good luck.👍

There are actually studies showing the benefit of this. I am a cyclist with multiple areas of cartilage damage. I ride an electric bike ( and pedal it of course! ) and feel significantly better afterwards. Light motion spurs the generation of proteogylcans, which help lubricate the joint and preserve cartilage from breakdown. This can and will reduce inflammation, but unfortunately doesn't seem to regenerate cartilage.

Thank you Dr. I have degenerated knees as prescribed, the doctor asked me to have piscaldine for 3 month, didn’t get a lot of improvement. Then she asked me to get an injection in my knees every 6 month which I refused to do. I then went for a treatment with Hiltherapy, I felt a little better then I started to feel the same pain specially my left knee. The doctor told me as shown in my x-ray that one side of my patella is closing on the other, while left side is almost normal, and that the mucus in between is not enough that’s why the pain is repetitive. Any advice please.

I would recommend a light brace, to offer compression to the knee and I would take a decent dose of Gotu Kola Complex to stimulate Angiogenesis along with 30 grams of Collagen per day. The trick is that it take up to 500 days for the cartilage to heal so you really need to be patient and not re injure the tissue, while helping it heal.

I went to my doctor a year ago because I keep getting a pain in my knee which goes all the way down my leg to my toes. When I bend that knee I can hear a sound that sounds kind of like grinding , like rice crispies or a plastic bag. He the doctor made me lie down and he grabbed my leg and maneuvered it. He said there's nothing wrong with my knee but the pain is real. It doesn't hurt all of the time. Also I have to be careful the way I walk. Sometimes I land my foot slightly angled and it feels like I've bent my knee to the side or backwards too far and the pain is extremely bad. About 22years ago I was helping a friend build his house and I was climbing something but I slipped and I bent that knee backwards too far tearing the ligament in that knee so I couldn't walk properly for a few weeks.

Great information! I've suspected much of this, but find very little info on it from the medical community at large. My question is, do these concepts hold true for the hips as well as knees? Dr's have told me I need both hips replaced due to osteoarthritis "bone on bone". I recently opted for physical therapy as a stop gap, and found about 60% improvement over 8 weeks. But I stillhave a lot of pain, and limited movement. Is there hope for non-surgical regeneration thru improved blood and "joint fluid" flow for hips?

Once we're adults, our articular cartilage cannot regrow or heal because it doesn't have any blood vessels, which means oxygenated red blood cells can't reach the damaged tissue. However, experts have discovered some ways to regenerate or repair damaged cartilage. They can even transplant small portions of it.. at Harvard and Stanford research hopsitals
