The regi’s for awhile where kind of like “titans” of the legendary Pokemon and Rigigigas is basically their “Atlas”. Since the Pokédex said that it’s strength in mythology was so great that it could pull continents on it’s own (which might explain why it has the so called “ability” of slow start since it’s just so strong.
