Great work. Trying to do this myself (use corrugated plastic), but keep having leakage at the tube segment. Not sure what you do in the video, can you explain what the thingie is that you put on the tube?

It looks great, but with all the structure in place there doesn't seem to be much space left for the betta? When you add plants underwater he'll have even less space to swim.

So beautiful! Did you put a heater in? If so, where?
@Saunteringvaguely.downwards4 жыл бұрын
I love this but I have a few dumb questions lmao. -why do you put metal screening in some of structures? Are there any benefits placing them where they are and what do they do? -And is there any base layout we absolutely need when we build the structures? I’ve seen people just litter the entire background with the structures but they always seperstrd the back part of the tank from everything else. I’m sure I’ll have more and edit as I watch the rest of the video lol

How do you let the sediment and dirt filter out after gluing together all of the rocks? I would imagine the water is quite gross after putting the crushed rocks on the silicone. Do you let it self filter for a while?
@RegisAquatics4 жыл бұрын
I ran the pump for a few days to test out. Most the sediment settled in a corner and i was able to easily remove with a gravel vacuum. Since then, i havent seen any sediment build up.

Isn't that too small for a Beta? The setup looks gorgeous but shouldn't you put some shrimp instead or something else on it? The beauty of it is just for us, the fish doesn't care for the waterfalls.

wont the chemical in the gum or silicone adhesive contaminate the water? isnt it harmful as it might degrade gradually as it is quite exposed in water
