There is no difference in Virgin hair fertilizer and Virgo hair fertilizer. Over in Nigeria where it is manufactured it's produced and marketed to sell there and in other Eastern countries as Virgo (which is Latin for virgin), for U.S. marketing and uses it's "Virgin".
