I bought a 2014 Durango new. AWD SXT V6 with heated steering wheel and heated cloth seats. Most comfortable road trip vehicle I’ve ever had, and I’ve had lots. Great ride, quiet, handles well considering it’s size. 25-26 mpg highway fully loaded on flat ground, 22-23 on hills. Try finding anything else with heated steering wheel and heated cloth seats, huge benefits in NEPA winters. 185k miles, only downsides are some major repair bills (one roller lifter tick at 105k - replaced 1 whole bank of lifters; AC condenser at 125k; head gasket at 150k). The racetrack light started taking on water around 150k too, drained it out, made sure it dried good then ran silicone around entire top and sides of light, no issues since. Too bad the Hemi versions often get bought and driven by tools, they’re actually a very versatile vehicle with very durable brakes and suspension components (hold-over Mercedes-Benz engineering, same bones as 2000’s GL class).
