😯staying in these habits, even when I don't feel like it, is key to long working days. The better my body feels, the more productive I am with work. Eating well, lifting weights, walking, going to sleep early, reading the Word and spending quality time with my husband and child are musts for me. Great vlog! I've always been curious about ballet dancers and their shoes. What does the sewing do? Why does it seem like so much "work" has to be done on shoes when you get them? Thanks for the info!
