I take reishi in the morning. It helps me feel grounded and keeps the worries away. It saved my life this pandemic honestly

I used to mess with psychedelic mushrooms. Now I struggle with anxiety and depression and I turn to reishi hopefully because it helps. Smh

Very grateful for this video. I sympathize with being an intellectual and losing sleep from nervousness from all I read. Glad there is a mushroom to help.

I forage for medicinal mushrooms. Chaga and reishi mostly. While I've used chaga for years I hadn't utilized reishi so much. I've taught myself to make tinctures , dual extracts and have started an experiment on myself using reishi , lionsmane , and chaga dual extracts , in the evening. The un-scientific conclusion is this concoction really helps with quality of sleep. I wouldn't say I have any sleep disorders but have always been a light sleeper. When I take the reishi tonic I'll sleep 7.5 to 9 hours unless I make myself get up! In the past my normal is 6-7 hours. I'm 63 years old. I have a very physical job and lifestyle ( contractor/outdoorsman). I firmly believe that chaga gave me my life back ,but that's another story. I don't know how the lionsmane is affecting me but I haven't gotten dumber... I think.

Also, what time of day to consume Reishi? I take Chaga at bedtime for sleep and it really helps me.

It depends on the person. Some people find it relaxing while others can find it stimulating. That's its adaptogenic nature.

I just took like 23 droplets and I felt something in my mind, later I felt tired. All within 30 minutes. And the bottle actually says 40 droplets, I’ll go slowly with this one because my body is not used to it.

Depending on the product, around 1g is a good starting dose.

Please read my comment I just left but Reishi could help as well as lionsmane. In my long comment I mention a 3 mushroom blend I use. I make my own so Its cheaper, natural and I know exactly what's in it. I'm not a herbalist in any sense of the word but if I suffered from depression and anxiety I'd seriously look into micro dosing psylosiben. I know nothing about them personally but they're showing great promise in this area. If you haven't heard of him look up Stamets.

I haven’t been taking enough for 3mos. Only taking a 1/2teas. In morning. I just took another dose and it’s evening.

Sometimes increasing the amount you take can help! It's important to note that we are all different and respond to mushroom supplementation differently. The upper limit tends to be anything between 4000 to 5000 mg per day and beyond for most individuals. Keep in mind that the potential health benefits tend to show themselves with sustained, continued use over the course of time.
