Even if you're trying to say the sound rings out through the air, stars are still further up in the sky. Unless you're trying to say theres a literal pool reflecting the stars, but that still doesn't work because saying it's in a cave means it's enclosed or underground, and therefore cant reflect the actual stars. Unless it's a sinkhole or a cave with a skylight... But even then the clashing of steel wouldn't be above the sky. Even if it was just a cave in the sky literally, the sky is still above it.

It’s completely possible. I’ve seen someone use charms to extend their concentration to the point where they got it in 2.1 seconds.

It's very much possible. What I did was get bronze on all mastery challenges to have the charm upgraded to a certain level. I had that equipped with Tadayori armor maxed along with the charm that reduces shooting/knocking time. Eventually I got gold in all challenges completing it in 4-5 seconds.

Trick for the archery competition: your arrow will land the second you shoot it. Move to the next target. Advice courtsy of angie from skyrim. It fecking works to. Doubles your speed, easily. And also, anything which improves reload and draw speed is required. Should have it already.
