It was lovely meeting you in 3D. The kitties are behaving and are very settled and have been adventuring and playing lots today. Glad your travels are continuing to go well. I remember watching birds of a feather when i was young, 😆 goats would make a great addition to your home minagery, although they can be destructive if they get out of their enclosure. Great fun though. 😂

Looking back, I've identified a couple of ND folks from my school days. No. 1 - we randomly sat together on the bus on a school excursion/ field trip. He infodumped the whole trip on volcanoes and the geological history of the Australian alps. Fascinating 🌋🌋The best conversation I had in year 3! Fast forward to senior high school, had a lift to a party with no. 2. This time, infodump on cricket statistics - the game, not the animal. 🏏🦗 Strangely interesting..... even for someone not into team sports. A good infodump beats random gossip any day.💜

I wonder if I could swap my light sensitivity module for a sound sensitivity one. People are starting to understand that someone wearing earphones/earbuds in public may be sound sensitive; wearing sunglasses inside still just looks like I plan to rob someone… 😎

I’m partial to the newer DSM-V-TR 😉 (2022) I do find it odd that although we use the ICD-11 for assessment/diagnosis and medical coding in the US, we don’t officially recognize mental conditions that are not in the DSM, especially in regards to conditions like cPTSD that are acknowledged. I remember the sunscreen song. Thanks for the memory unlock. Happy travels!

I dunno, I have some pretty cool autism, the kind where I’ve still managed, though feats of mental gymnastics and some sheer luck, to do stuff like get degrees and get married and have kids and buy homes all a couple times each and also work a bunch of jobs, including a couple full-time ones. Think I’ll keep my version at this point… 🤔🤷‍♀️👍

Lmao there was a time where everyone in my class decided to wear the same clothes and I asked everything to my friend including what shoes to wear, I thought I needed to prepare everything perfectly didn't realised I was being autistic there. Kind of embarrassing moments in my life. 😂

In the olden days when I was a lad these were called cartoon drawings and when there were a number of frames they were called strip cartoons. A meme is an idea, behavior, or style that spreads by means of imitation from person to person within a culture and often carries symbolic meaning representing a particular phenomenon or theme (Wikipedia). Calling a cartoon a meme is to attach too much importance to a fleeting notion that is soon passed over for the next cartoon etc whereas a meme is a cultural phenomenon that 'infects' a broad section of the population, think long hair for men in the 1960s. Another good example of a meme is the so-called Wetiko Virus which has 'infected' the corporate and political classes through the vector of neo-liberal capitalist economics. Keep on keeping on.🖖🐈‍⬛

Okay but just to clarify it to people who don´t know cats: the kittens are still with Hydra as they are not even 12 weeks old, right? Some give them away with 8 weeks, but that´s way too early! Please never do this! Mine had been been 8 weeks too (it was an unplanned pregnancy at a farm and they lied to me before that they are three months old but I took them anyways then when I saw how bad they had been treated there. Of cause none was vaxinated, they were full of flees and those other common tiny insects in the ears of uncared cats (Ohrmilben). Of cause I took them to the vet very next day. Poor tomcat suckled on his end of tail for weeks😥 He needed years to trust humans enough to enjoy cuddling, I think he was three yo before lying down on my lap first time. And sistercat is extremly clingy and talkative since day one. They really need to be with their mum and siblings that time until they would be left naturally. It´s worth it, please trust shelters and don´t buy younger kittens on ebay etc.😿
