That was great… can’t do it as good as you with all the hardware in my cervical spine but I feel if I do it on a regular basis I’m going to get a lot of relief from the muscle tension and spasms in my neck and shoulders!! Thank you. Much gratitude!!

Hello at all which are hearing! I just want to say that to day we have to send love all over the World and ask that people think at the earth and look out to sky and see the clouds. There are a lot of them which are only pollution. Look and think. Be positive and be carefull. I think there are a lot of things we can do. It's time to wake up!
