✍(◔◡◔) Br Insight, Whoosha, i am alive! I have been unwell this last week, as i was doing the hand massages i felt like my arms weighed a ton, my arms were aching. I switch on sub titles just in case i miss something, i rarely have to use them but i was feeling blah, really struggling this morning & i started reading subtitles to be sure.. OMGosh What You say & what subtitles hears are two complete opposites haha. i was massaging hands & body but i think my Tummy needed a massage too & i laughed heartedly at the Salad your words created in subtitles, i burst out loud with giggles. That Laugh was the cherry on the vegan cup cake i needed to vibrate myself into total alignment, i feel physically & emotionally better. I really enjoyed today, i enjoy every time but i am usually in a good space too, today is even better because i understood that i haven't truly laughed in a long time...
