Dear Catherine, just to hear your calming voice or see what you are up or the kittens are up to at your charming cottage is just so lovely to see. When you take us along on your trips overseas or just on your walk to your woodlands, or favourite garden shop is also a treat as I wouldn't of had the opportunity of seeing it otherwise. When our cat was a kitten and infact different cats over the years really didn’t bother with our tree!! You are sharing so much as it is with your kittens, home and garden. I do admire youtube creators like you who are willing to share so much. I couldn't do it. I love my garden and any negative comments would break my heart. I'm not willing to open myself up for that. My mom always said, if you don't have something nice to say then say nothing but, the youtube world doesn't function that way. It'd be lovely if it did.

Kitties, DYI projects, Gardening, home keep, and anything in between, I’m here for! I love & respect your choice in keeping your loved one’s private. Life is about finding balance and discovering what makes you thrive. I too have a kitty this holiday season and I’m using the same training methods I have used for passed fur babies. I put a few coins in a sealed glass jar and rattle it when she gets under the tree. I also dried orange slices and hung them in the lower part of the tree (kitties don’t like the smell of citrus) but the upside they smell great to us and add to the festivities. Hope this helps. I totally understand your feelings about vlogmas. I follow The Last Homely House and Arne and Carlos. Their vlogmas make sense. A quilt over 24 days, a xmas stocking over 24 days. It makes sense and is connected to what they do. Having said that, you are a gift my dear. While my happy todo list has grown, I urge you always to follow your heart and do what feels right. That will always be what people who care for you want as well. 🥰
