This was such a good yoga class it was difficult but i did what i could and after wards not only were my hips and legs loose but my bowels were as well. After the class i took the longest and most satisfying shit of my life thanks so much ive never felt so good in my life cant wait to see more of your vids

Thank you, this is exactly what I was looking for. Love that you allow us to stay in each stretch awhile. Most people change positions right when I was starting to really relax into the stretch. You included all the stretches I like in one wonderful video. Thank you!

I know, but when they do that I just stay in the pose till I’m ready to release it & remember which ones to do after to catch up, or I’ll skip what they’ve done in between. Or slow the video playback speed down a smidge or two. It’s difficult to instruct a yoga class that fits everyone’s individual needs I’m sure. My friend likes fast vinyasa flows & I like to slow them down. Now that you’ve found your jam, it’ll be easier to pick channels & videos! ❤️ 🧘‍♀️

I feel you. It's difficult to relax and remember where to rewind it back to...or have to get up and find the remote then get back into the position after I paused it...lol. Ya, it's hard to satisfy us all. Thankfully, so many have recorded their gifts for the world to cherish from now on

I often get pain in my hips which spreads down my whole leg and no amount of stretching or hot baths have ever been able to stop it from hurting but this beautiful 15 min practice has completely relaxed my hip and I could honestly cry. Thank you so much, I will be returning to this video often and checking out your others :)

This has become my go to morning routine. My legs and hips are so beat up from 25 years of work and neglect, i often have problems with pain throughout them. I’m really new to yoga, and the way you direct it/speed of it is perfect for me. Thank you

I love that you are using the Sanskrit terminology. A lot of yoga teachers use only the enough translations and as an Indian it makes me feel as if they are not respecting the art 🙏

Just started my yogi journey this past autumn, taking two yoga classes every week. After the new year I had to go down to yoga class just once a week, so I’ve been trying to find an alternative online, and I think I found it! Love the calmness in your voice and the gentle cues you give during the poses.

My favourite yoga teacher on YT. I suffer from hip pain and sciatica exacerbated by sitting at a desk all day (and now a home desk which is not ergonomic) and this stretch completely relieved my pain. Great thing to do every morning and evening outside of any other practice or exercise

You are definitely my favorite yoga channel on KZbin. I have a long list of joint / muscle issues from TMJ to flat feet and plantar fasciitis and carpel tunnel. Anything from 15 to 45 minutes with your video is my saving grace, especially now during quarantine since I can't access my chiropractor or massage therapist. I did a 10 mile hike, with lots of big elevation changes this past weekend, and this set and sequence allowed me to connect with the tightness, release and stretch of those muscles that did so much work. I recently started lifting weights again and my hamstrings hurt so bad I could barely walk or sleep comfortably. After 2 days of doing this I feel so much better. This will be a regular stretch after leg day. Thank you

I have felt tightness in my calf and things years. I had no idea that they have to be stretched and released. One of my friends is a physiotherapist and she adviced me to do stretching exercises. I found your channel and even by doing this one I felt so much lighter and different. The next day when I woke up my muscles felt so relaxed.. Thank you very much!

After (or before) every workout, may it be cardio, yoga or strenght practice, I always finish with this one. It is simple yet long enough, it gives you enought time to really feel and do the stretch properly.

This is great particularly because its not rushed, I've tried many videos to get my ex dancer flexibility back but they tap out of the poses so fast that I never got what I was supposed to do until now. Will check out the rest of your videos

Im training for a soft 5km walk-run in 2 months, its been several days that i have leg and hip pain. This stretch left me feeling so good, i can now go to bed without major pain. This video is now in my yoga routine.

This is a wonderful practice! I did it with deep breaths after a strenuous leg workout to avoid cramps and cool down my legs. Probably the best leg stretch routine I've come across. Edit: woke up the next day with no cramps 🥰
