Great to see positivity in the comment section so far. To get a relic'd guitar generally means one thing....expense! So to see HB doing it for an affordable price ESPECIALLY nitro...is a total WIN. Remember...if you don't like the relic look...a LOT of people do but can't afford them. Well done HB!!

HELL. YES. SO MUCH YES. Would love to see metallic colours and non-vintage colours in these but I imagine folks would buy more sunbursts and butterscotch blondes and TV yellows.

To me, relicing makes sense on a guitar model that actually _could_ be in that condition, e.g. a Fender- or Gibson-Model with the original 50s or 60s specs or if you will a 70s Tokai or Ibanez. A contemporary chinese strat copy with 22 frets and a relic job that looks like 60 years of touring and gigging makes no sense...

Making a relic guitar is very easy. Give the guitar to a group of little kids from 3rd to 5th grade school and let them have fun with it in the playground for 3 days. INSTANT RELIC and you didn´t even do any work ! They will beat up and scratch that guitar very good !

A proper butterscotch blackguard TE53. TE-63 in Sunburst with creme binding. Goldtop SC-450, Sunburst Sc-550, Pelham blue and faded cheery DC-Junior. White ST-63, the ST-Modern series. I’ll order them all. Kthxbye.

And they DON'T come left handed... I really don't see why reliced is such a big deal, My Les Paul is 34 years old, hardly has a scratch on it...

I don't see why people get so bothered about reliced guitars being a thing. I always end up getting chips and scratches on my best guitars, usually sooner rather than later. The attraction of reliced guitars for me is that you don't mind when you inevitably do scratch them. Not that I own a reliced guitar!

Having a guitar that's reliced is deceptive. Trying to make a new guitar look old and/or trying to give the impression that the guitar has had the hell played out of it. I'll take a brand new shiny one thank you very much.
