Very much needed this, I haven't been working out for a while due to personal stuff and I'm starting to notice it in my general mobility so this is going to do me the world of good as I get back into a routine. This may sound weird but I really appreciate you saying it's painful too. It's what I like about your workouts in general, you're an actual person rather than some perfect gym model who doesn't even break a sweat. It helps me feel less self conscious and actually makes me want to keep going. So thank you for that.

Got a massage this past weekend and the masseuse told me that I definitely need to stretch out my hips more 😅 so you definitely released this at the perfect time for me !

Definitely needed this today! My mom signed us up for a gym since it’s now too hot for our afternoon walks. Went in the treadmill (and also did some jogging) for the first time in ages, and my hips and legs were sore today

Okay, so I am glad I did this today because I hardly didn't get that much sleep last night due to a bad stomachache and this stretch really helped me so thank you for this awesome stretch!!! Love it!!! Will do this again!!! Thanks so much!!!

I’ve been struggling with my fitness journey recently because I didn’t want to only do HIIT workouts, or straight cardio & weights, and I don’t have a lap pool nearby 🥲 I just wanted to say thank you for doing a simpler, less intense workout, Emily!! I learned from vegan dietists on youtube that we need less protein than is pointed out to us, in part because we have a small buffer in our body. Only if you wanna get big muscles you probably need more protein. You can get enough out of food if you eat enough calories. So it's a bit confusing how many protein I really need.

Everyone is different. But I would be careful with information like this. The science that I was taught is that your muscles are made of water and protein. When you work out you are tearing down muscle fibres. In order to rebuild you need those ingredients and rest. That’s why so many people struggle with muscle soreness.
