WOWWWwww okay so I did this workout yesterday but I had to come back here to tell you how sore I am, omg (and that with WITH modifications!) I've been doing at home leg workouts for a few months now but it's been quite a while since I've been this sore and had a workout this good! More of these Death by Leg day workouts please! 💗 (And arms, etc. haha) I have minimal equipment at home (just a few resistance bands and small weights) so these minimal equipment workouts are soo helpful Thank youuu

Quick question for Emily (or anyone else in the know!) for that second set with the hinges, do you straighten your legs completely or leave them slightly bent? I felt quite a bit of pressure on my back and can be prone to a sore back so want to make sure I’m not doing them wrong! Thank you! 😘

Just make sure they are not locked!! Adjust for your body see what hurts your back amd what doesn’t. As long as your spine stays neutral and your joints don’t lock you should be fine 💛

This workout is the biggest legs killer on this channel 🔥🔥Basic moves, but very effective when you do it with heavier weights. I did it with 5 kg (11lbs) ones and burned almost 400 calories.
