Pedri has done it consistently in the best club competition in the world (UCL), something Palmer hasn't been able to do. Pedri was able to breakthrough in a huge club at a much younger age, something Palmer wasn't able to do. Palmer has had a great 18 months, but he hasn't even been a guaranteed starter for England. Pedri has done more so far and for me although they are different profiles of players, I rate Pedri higher. I make the comparison as they are the same age.
