Nope. The Halala normally in Pak is that a marriage is held for a short-amount of time so the female can be divorced again and then can re-marry the other person again. This is the concept of Halala in our society. What Ghamdi said is that if the female is married to another person and coincidentally that person gives her divorce too then she can re-marry the 1st one. It is to be noted that in our society people exploit this situation and do a timely-based marriage in order to create such a situation.........Thus they are playing with the religion.

It is not the translation of this video, these are my thoughts as a Muslim regarding this Ayah: "Ayah al-Baqarah (The Cow) 2:230. So if a husband divorces his wife ˹three times˺, then it is not lawful for him to remarry her until after she has married another man and then is divorced. Then it is permissible for them to reunite, as long as they feel they are able to maintain the limits of Allah." Here Allah is saying that if a man divorces his wife for the 3rd time then he can't remarry her before she is married to another person and that new husband divorces her. In our society this has created a lot of confusions. They name it Halala which is prohibited in Islam but there are a number of people who use to believe and practice it. A pure Muslim has to think of God's message and the hidden benefit behind the message. Consider a situation where a Talaq happens for the third time. It simply depicts that the two people are not able to live with each other that is why they are practicing divorce for the 3rd time and Talaq is way to end such marriages. It is proved thrice that they are not tolerable to each other but are constantly doing the same mistake of marrying each other for the 3rd time. Allah knows each and everything, and Allah has send this message to stop them or make it difficult for them to do the same mistake again and again, for whatever reason they are repeating the mistake. The third Guy whome to whome Allah is saying to marry with is because who knows that if the woman marries another guy maybe they live happily and do not make a divorce decision for the whole of their life. It is a kind of hidden message that Allah is asking the woman to marry another man and see if it works fine, while most of them are seen to have worked fine and we see in our daily lives that a divorced woman happily marries and lives a happy life with another man. Now, as long as the concept of Halala exists it was created by arrogant and ignorant Muslims who explained the above verse completely wrong. Allah is not focusing on this that you give divorce to your wife and marry her with another man for one day or any particular period of time and then make them divorced and marry her again. This is the concept we muslims created out of this verse and Allah has never said it. For every Quraanic verse try to understand it the way it is. Don't go towards the misconception people created out of it.

triple Talaq is Jaheeliyah, n taking advantage of what Allah swt priviledge, Idaat is the way to go if someone fears Allah, else what is the difference between non muslims n muslims if we dont show sabar n dont follow the way mentioned in the Quran ?

+aarifboy Mr. Ghamidi did not accept that Halala is right.... my brother basically first you should understand that what is Halala?? (Halala) Is planted 2nd marriage, where both parties (woman & man) in-advance been agreed that they shall get divorce after physical meeting… so this is Haram (unlawful) .. while a divorcee woman got her 2nd marriage and after that her husband died or an accidentally she got divorce again by her 2nd husband... in that case after the seen her 1st ex. husband can marry to her again. hope answered.

According to surah At Talaaq 65:4, if a woman get divorced while she is pregnant her iddat period will be till she lay down her baby no matter how long it takes. Khulasa:* if the husband wish to come back in his marriage life then he is allowed before the iddat . And Allah knows best. May Allah subhanahu protect us from all kinds of evil and guide us towards Quraan and sunnah.

Tu aksar he log galti kartay hain na..It’s mutual agreement like Nikkah..Muftis who declare 3 at one time or in anger ll be held accountable for ruining many lives..Act done in accordance with Quranic teaching is only acceptable..If there is flexibility in Islam..How come divorce which separates two families and long lasting affects can be so strict..No doubt there is strictness if divorce is done in right way.
