There's something different with Remco. More mature. Pogacar and Evenepoel did some training together, and although they are competitors, they get alone pretty well. Remco admires Pogi. He truly means it when he says "Pogi" is not for nothing the number 1 in the UCI-ranking. He's just the best rider. He can win everything GC, monuments... The complete package. The words of Remco. Now Jonas is doing great, considering he's been hospitalised for 11 days. I did not expect this at all. Usually, Jonas is at his best in week 3. Then we also have Roglic, riding a very good TT. No, it's definitely not over. Normally, on paper, the UAE team is the strongest. Remco still a ?mark in the real high mountain stages, compared to Jonas, Pogacar, Roglic...Maybe Remco improved? Hope all these topriders do not fall or get sick. I hope to see a great Tour de France.

Excacly. People often forget that Remco also fell in the Basque Country and did not exactly got out unscathed. Do I think, Remco can have a go at a TdF? Not yet, he has other goals (Olympics having just finished). I don't know. If he sets a goal for himself (which would probably mean losing more weight and performing less at ITTs). Will be interesting to see. What I like about Remco that he has this 'way' of re-inventing himself based on the set goal. Anyway, does not take the slightest bit away from these two incredible TdF-winners!

I liked him before, but he was always looking for excuses. This year he looks a bit more mature. But i still think he can not match in the hills and after week two.

Well, he'll probably be seen dabbling in the Flanders Classics in 2025 ... to be honest, I'm excited. Regarding TdF, he always showed the utmost respect to his adversaries Jonas and Pogi. All the rest of you heard 'Balls' and got stuck on that one and never heard the tone down ... f*ck the media for getting things out of context. I wonder, who do you like to say things as they are (maybe not always, Remco's got a track record for that ... 🙂)

Evenepoel saying Pogacar is preaty unreachable says to me that he doesn't believe he can ever rich Pogacar's and Vingegaard's level of climbing.Jonases interview sounds like he still believes he can catch Pogacar eaven though he maybe knows he is not 100% ready for Pogacars level

He needs to be careful not to underestimate Jonas. Focusing solely on Pog is a risk. Jonas looks fresh and confident after today's TT.

both fantastic and incredibly young so what a rivalry it should be remco reminds me so much of hinault. Ball of muscle hes so stron tadej is literally without weakness from classics to gc in a GT he thrives at all disciplines. Gravel, spints, climbs, ITT bike handling. He will push remoc to be his best possible.

What I really missed, was last year's Liège-Bastogne-Liège where Pogi unfortunately crashed out. That would have been a good indicator. To be blunt, Pogi and Jonas are still the best GC-riders I think. But the best one to shake things up, is still Remco. Pogi can be exciting to watch but is still calculated, Jonas is calculated .. period. Nothing wrong with that, but they are not exciting (hence the 'calculated' thing). Anyway, I care less about the winner but more about who makes a race. For me today, it was good old Victor Campenaerts. The old boy shook up thing very nicely 😀

No, Pog & Jonas are absolute freaks. Remco would have been a generational GC rider if those two did not exist. When they attack in the high mountains Remco will only be able to ride his own pace and be defensive.
