Worth mentioning: 1) "Resetting" a prism is currently bugged for many players on consoles, which renders the entire mechanic useless at the moment. 2) "Resetting" a prism makes you lose all xp.

Nah that is the same way on PC. I do wish they wouldn't have it that way though. You earn the XP. There is literally no reason for you to lose it all to reset it

They honestly made me not want to play anymore. Waiting for them to add the reroll and now it takes 4x as long to level when it already felt like it took too long in the first place.

It takes like 20/30 mins to reroll, It's not that bad. But just ignore the prism then, having the bonus stats on without the legendary is a good enough boost to the characters

They should let us level another prism while having our main active. Only issue I have is how much power you lose swapping to a fresh prism to level it. Having our main active and another one being leveled and not active until we want it would make things much much better

this is one great thing about boss rush awarding the xp in one chunk at the end. you have time after annihilation to put on xp boost ring and swap to a prism you want to get the xp

yea just found out about swapping it after the boss dies which seems like an ok way. Can’t do it on normal 3 boss rush mode but on the other. Still though it’s basically like leveling a second archetype. They should of implemented it with out having to do tricks to level another one

yeah i agree if the xp is just going into the void it would be nice to divert it somewhere else. and if you die unexpectedly in the BR, there's no time to swap and get that tiny amount of boss kill xp. definitely more of a workaround than an answer.

i dont get why people are complaining, yes they increase 50-51 but tragic has already staited that they are halfing the xp from 1-50 in the next patch as well as increasing the boss killed xp reward so its going to be a lot shorter to get these than it ever has been

Ehh it’s the same old story, the prism system wasn’t the best when it shipped so people have already decided “new system is BAD” and it’s hard to change peoples minds… Even when it becomes easier after the next patch, people will still complain haha But Who cares as long your enjoying the game that’s all that matters 👌

Overall, I do love the idea of the prism system. They just need to iron out the kinks, and it'll be good. Like, I agree with everyone else who says it shouldn't take like 8-9 hours of grinding to level up one singular prism. It may not matter much to those with nothing but time to pour into the game, but to those who have lives outside of Remnant, 8-9 hours purely dedicated to the game could take like multiple days or even weeks to get through. And I do agree that boss rush should by far grant more xp than anything else in the game, cause otherwise what is the point of it? Sure it is really fun, but if you have a goal set for yourself in the game you're gonna naturally try to complete it before anything else, and if something else gets you to that goal faster you're gonna go do that instead. I don't think this makes the game 'literally unplayable' as some people are claiming, since the prism system is more of an add on to the existing build customization (most people can play just fine without one), but if making something worth having takes literal days of grinding and praying for the blessings of RNJesus, it just shouldn't be in the game in the first place.

Rerolling legendary fragment broke the cleanse prism.. so if you need to start over your out of luck until its fixed lol as it only cleanses current level xp rather then the whole prism

My issue is how much Eric dust it takes to get the damn shards to feed every prism mythic fragments and then go get them again. I don’t have the ability to play this game all day.

Took me like 3 rerolls to get my 100% crit explosion, it was a bit annoying but got it down. Only have one more prism that i need to reroll so i'll just wait for that next update.

So hyped for the next patch, cause the new xp changes make it so, a single complete run on apocalypse is worth just over 600k with the xp modifiers if i did the calculations right. Meaning, 1 run on apoc gauntlet, literally maxxes you out your prism, from 0 to 50 in 1 go (excluding fusions, cause those dont carry over xp.)

No you did not math this correctly because Tragic specifically states that with the EXP booster 420,000 is what you will be getting upon completing Apoc Gauntlet. 5,000x19=95,000 95,000xApoc Mod=190,000. Completion bonus is 55,000x Apoc mod =110,000. 1900,000+110,000=300,000 300,000x1.4 (xp Boosters)= 420,000

I still don't know how to reroll the prism legendary 😅 I'm on ps5, and when the prism hit lvl 51, I got to choose between 3 crap legendarys... no option on how to reroll.

You are locked on these three legendaries. You Need tò chose One, then you allowed tò reroll at level 50, gain exp tp level 51, and another locked choices.

On ps5 when you have a maxed leveled prism with a legendary.. hold square and it will revert prism back to lvl 50. And then yoy have to get xp to get to 51 to pick another legendary of 3 different options. Since and repeat till you get the one you need. Atm cleanse prism is bugged but to cleanse entire prism to 0 it's holding down Triangle.

Man I’m a casual. I have one prism at level 31 and haven’t even touched the other prisms. I doubt I’ll ever reach max level with amount of grind it takes to max one out. I’m on console so I can’t use mods or chests or whatever else….honestly makes me not want to play anymore because I can’t even experiment with new builds that require certain legendary fragments..

Definitely not worth my time, I gave up after doing 5 re rolls with nothing to show for it. So I switched from my Xbox to PC to just mod it instead and it took me 15 re rolls to get the fragment I wanted… 15, if I was doing that legit it would’ve taken hours of mindless grinding just to use a fun build I thought up. I’m glad they changed it but it’s too much.

I've had a macro running all day to grind 50-51. Up to 6 rerolls now lol. I wouldn't even attempt if I was playing console, it's way too tedious

@AussiesomeTwo when they announced they were halving the xp total on the prism, I decided to mod the game, basically spawn 400 tomb books and get millions of scrap and xp very fast.

What they should do is just let you respect the prism if it’s max level not flush only flush if not at max level real simple then all the other changes on top makes it fine and rework some of those trash legendary prism perks there should be no option for me to get a trash prism perk quite a few are trash

A little tip, tou can use a software called wemod to make things...lets say...easier. Basically you can get enough xp to upgrade your shard by killing few enemies, its not the most honarable way but it does the job

No. You need Jack of all trades for that. Havoc form is a skill. Ranged damage applies to long/hand guns.

@@malcadorthesigillite2541 if you want to level prism fast and it’s just for Havoc form then skip the fusions. Just use Skill damage, Skill duration, Skill cooldown, Cast speed and Skill crit chance. Add Jack of all trades and you got a good Havoc form prism.

Too many nerfs. Too few bosses. Boss rush lost its novelty after 2 or 3 runs. I already platinum the base game and all dlc. Time to put it down and wait for Remnant 3.

The whole prism system is a waste of time. Enjoyed the last dlc, but after around 50 hours trying to get a decent prism, and not succeeding, just uninstalled the game. Remnant from the ashes technicaly is way simpler, but it's just more replayable and fun with the 1000 or so levels or trait points to chase. Still, Remnant 2 was awesome, have 350 hours in it, well worth the price.

Then don't do it.. stick to just the 3 fragments then yoyr back to basically before prism system.. they are just not in the relic. It's very simple to not use the prism.. devs did say it's optional

Not even gonna watch the video, the answer is no. If you want to use the system, cheat. XP multipliers, save editing whatever, you are not a CC that spends their entire day playing a game. This system is very punishing for everyone who doesn't do that.
