Hey! I like the magnets making the screw driver magnetic. I have to try that. I have to do this myself, so this is great!

I guess people don't realize there are a dozen key functional components here that need to be addressed when cleaning. The carbs have 50 plus parts. Not 3. Great video.

That air tube on top can be a real bitch to get to back in place and seal as easy as it seems and looks it ain't..

Yes sir, one time after 15 minutes I had to walk away from it or I was going to start throwing wrenches. I came back later after a cold beer and it slipped right in. Thanks for watching and commenting.

You should go on ebay anb get a tool magnetizer. Worth every penny. You can magnetize a tool when you need it and then demagnetize it when you don't. They're pretty cheap.

Why no carb cleaner in the bowl or anyting before you put all the float seat and needle in there
@orelygarcia5 жыл бұрын
You could use carb cleaner if you feel it needs it.

Hello How to adjust air screw ? How many turn in / out should I do
@orelygarcia Жыл бұрын
I do not know exactly but as a general rule. I close it all the way then open it three to three and a half turns. Be careful not to close it hard where the tip of the adjustment screw might get damaged. This rule has worked for me on motorcycle, car and lawnmower carburetors. It should be good enough to get is started. You can adjust it richer or leaner after getting it started. Good luck and thanks for watching and commenting.

It may be one of your throttle cables is broken or has come loose at the Y connection, look Where the 2 throttle cable become one. Open and inspect it. You need to remove the tank to see it.

I did, had to remove the cover and put it in. Your the first to catch that. Thanks for watching.

I think you also put the diaphragm cover on wrong 90 degrees clockwise. The groove in the cover goes over the little hole.

If there is parts left over you have to go back to square one. But every time you do it over you get better at it . Thanks for watching and commenting, hope it was of some help.
