A cord from someone's heart to your heart is a healthy relationship, a cord from either your's or their solar plexus to your's or their heart is toxic.

Cool video! I just did this for someone I was dating on and off with lol i felt the cord in my sacral and solar plexus chakras weird thumping energy I pulled it out for awhile since over 6 years of a connection I imagined it filling up with white light I'm guessing hell probably reach out to me haha that's what usually happens when I try to let go more do they get sad on their end and does it mean we shouldn't interact with them anymore or just that the attachment toxic energy was removed?

You need to pull the cord out not cut it. When you cut it, it can reform and the connection stays, imagine pulling it out then filling the hole with light ✨
